Loyal customer who spent thousands being ghosted
Im a loyal customer for years who has spent thousands of euros at stylevana. Ok the delivery takes long but I was alway very happy with the products. I’ve never had issues with delivery. My last purchase (more than €120) was placed in April. When it was about to arrive in mei I have arranged for the parcel to be delivered to a dhl parcelshop locker because it was an expensive order. My app says it’s delivered but I have never received a code from dhl to pick it up. DHL confirmed that they could see that I never receive a code and that only the sender could start an investigation to find out what exactly happened to my package. Stylevana has been very slow with their response and I get the feeling that they aren’t even reading my mails. I have provided them with screenshots of my dhl app and the conversation I had with dhl. They will not respond or help me. I’m sure by now the parcel has been sent back to sender. I mail them weekly and I’m very sad that they are treating a loyal customer like this.
Update; customer service finally got back to me and I have received a refund. It’s November. So took about 7 months. I did change my rating from 1 start to 3, because their products are great and I still order there. Just be prepared for long waiting lines in case something is wrong with your order.
