Such a bad company and policies. Customer service is no help at all. All they do is blame the restaurants or the drivers. I have had many issues with uber eats. Drivers cancelling orders after 2 hrs of waiting, restaurants that are closed being listed as open, wrong order deliveries. I even had an uber one subscription, but I cancelled that and I will stop using their services.

Im a loyal customer with multiple subscriptions to prime and shop regurarly at Amazon. Last time I placed an order of 3 products, it came in 2 different deliveries. First was fine. Second was not ok at all. The delivery guy ringed my bell, I could see him on the intercom and buzzed him in and waited upstairs by my front door. He never came upstairs, the package wasn’t left at the door nor was there a note in my postal box. I contacted support and the employee was very agitated and didn’t take me serious. Told me to wait till I heard back from them. They never got in touch with me so 2 weeks later I started another chat. This employee was very understanding. I asked her to investigate where my package was delivered. Instead she refunded the money. I said that that’s not what I want, I wanted my package to be found and I wanted to file a complaint about the delivery guy. She convinced me they would handle it internally and gave me a €10 coupon for the inconvenience. Some time later I tried to place a new order but my order got cancelled. It turns out Amazon has blocked my account due to suspicious activity. So their driver steals my package and my account gets blocked. I have mailed them several times asking for explanation and how this situation could lead to my account being blocked. They aren’t responding to my questions and now ghosting me entirely. I’m very sad that a big company like this is punishing their loyal customers instead of getting their house in order.

Im a loyal customer for years who has spent thousands of euros at stylevana. Ok the delivery takes long but I was alway very happy with the products. I’ve never had issues with delivery. My last purchase (more than €120) was placed in April. When it was about to arrive in mei I have arranged for the parcel to be delivered to a dhl parcelshop locker because it was an expensive order. My app says it’s delivered but I have never received a code from dhl to pick it up. DHL confirmed that they could see that I never receive a code and that only the sender could start an investigation to find out what exactly happened to my package. Stylevana has been very slow with their response and I get the feeling that they aren’t even reading my mails. I have provided them with screenshots of my dhl app and the conversation I had with dhl. They will not respond or help me. I’m sure by now the parcel has been sent back to sender. I mail them weekly and I’m very sad that they are treating a loyal customer like this.
Update; customer service finally got back to me and I have received a refund. It’s November. So took about 7 months. I did change my rating from 1 start to 3, because their products are great and I still order there. Just be prepared for long waiting lines in case something is wrong with your order.

The item I purchased was used and damaged. Been emailing back and forth with customer support, but unfortunately the item is sold out and they’re not willing to do a partial refund so I can get repairs done. The only option offered is sending it back for inspection and if deemed so, I’ll get a full refund. This isn’t quite customer friendly since it takes up to 14 days for returns to get processed (after the item is received) and then the inspection also takes time. So it will take close to 2 months till I get a refund. Since I purchased the item on sale it won’t be possible to repurchase when it is back in stock for the same price. I’m very displeased with the lack of inspection before sending orders out and more so with the solution and the inflexibility to consider costumer inconvenience.

Update: Divain heeft zelf contact met mij opgenomen en boden een super goede service en oplossing voor het probleem.
Nr 117 ruikt anders dan de sample die je erbij krijgt en houdt minder lang aan. Echt een teleurstelling.
Nr 906 was niet goed dicht gedraaid en is in de verpakking gaan lekken. Was voor 3/4de vol. Bij opening. Verder was de geur wat er van zou kunnen verwachten.
