Pickup point is changed

I bought the box at the Goodieshop, chose one pick-up point, instead they brought it to a different city 20km away!!!!

Update: Goodiebox has initiated a full refund and apologised for an inconvenience. Apparently, the delivery company has redirected my order to a different pick up location.
