Good customer service!
After leaving a message via the chatbot, I was contacted by an employee. They offered me a solution where they had no obligation to do so (i had an allergic reaction to one of the products).
The only thing that could be easier is using the chatbot: on my phone, I wasnt able to upload the photo. I had to use my laptop to do so.
