Sometimes there's a worry when going to a big box retailer that one loses a little of the personal touch but there's no fear of that when visiting Go Outdoors Harlow for a bike. Paul, who initially set up my son's bike was absolutely superb, ensured everything was just right and gave us lots of local trail advice.
