I am very cross that I have been put on…

I am very cross that I have been put on the £6/month tariff and not the £1/month I was signing up for. I was told in an off hand way that all new customers are placed on the higher tariff automatically, and that, although starting a new month, the fee will stand until the next month. This is not satisfactory.

Hi Hugh, I'm sorry you feel that way. You didn't sign up for the £1 tariff...at no point did you tell us what tariff you wanted to go on. We sent an email to you asking what tariff you wanted to go on and made it clear that if we didn't receive a response before your initial invoice date that you would go on the default £5 tariff. It was only after you received your second invoice that you advised that you wanted to go on the £1 tariff and we implemented that for your next invoice. Under those circumstances we are unable to give you a refund for the service that you have used. I think your review is very unfair and is contrary to every other review that we have received.
