Review of Blue Tyga

No Shipment, No Support, No Refund

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Blue Tyga. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I placed Order ID: BT435449 on 6th March 2026 (prepaid order worth ₹999), and to date, the shipment has not even been picked up. The tracking status has been stuck at “Not Picked Up” at the Malumichampatti hub for days with absolutely no movement.

What’s worse is the constant delay in delivery timelines:
- Initially promised: 13th March
- Then updated to: 21st March
- Then pushed again to: 22nd March
And now it shows: 29th March

This is not a delay — this is complete failure of logistics.

I raised a support ticket (#29631) and followed up multiple times via email.

Instead of resolving the issue, the team went ahead and closed the ticket without any resolution or communication, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Despite clearly requesting cancellation and refund multiple times, there has been zero accountability, zero ownership, and zero action from their side.

This entire experience raises serious concerns:

- Why are orders not being shipped at all?
- Why are delivery dates being randomly extended without explanation?
- Why are support tickets being closed without resolving customer issues?

This feels like a complete breakdown of operations — logistics, customer support, and communication — everything.

I placed this order after seeing positive reviews online, but my experience has been the exact opposite. At this point, I am left with no product, no refund, and no support.

I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Blue Tyga unless you are prepared to deal with indefinite delays, poor support, and unresolved issues.

Still waiting for:
- Order cancellation
- Full refund

Highly dissatisfied.
