No Shipment, No Support, No Refund

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Blue Tyga. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I placed Order ID: BT435449 on 6th March 2026 (prepaid order worth ₹999), and to date, the shipment has not even been picked up. The tracking status has been stuck at “Not Picked Up” at the Malumichampatti hub for days with absolutely no movement.

What’s worse is the constant delay in delivery timelines:
- Initially promised: 13th March
- Then updated to: 21st March
- Then pushed again to: 22nd March
And now it shows: 29th March

This is not a delay — this is complete failure of logistics.

I raised a support ticket (#29631) and followed up multiple times via email.

Instead of resolving the issue, the team went ahead and closed the ticket without any resolution or communication, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Despite clearly requesting cancellation and refund multiple times, there has been zero accountability, zero ownership, and zero action from their side.

This entire experience raises serious concerns:

- Why are orders not being shipped at all?
- Why are delivery dates being randomly extended without explanation?
- Why are support tickets being closed without resolving customer issues?

This feels like a complete breakdown of operations — logistics, customer support, and communication — everything.

I placed this order after seeing positive reviews online, but my experience has been the exact opposite. At this point, I am left with no product, no refund, and no support.

I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Blue Tyga unless you are prepared to deal with indefinite delays, poor support, and unresolved issues.

- Order cancellation
- Full refund

Highly dissatisfied.

Fraud

I had requested an exchange for this order on 2nd March, and the item was successfully picked up on 3rd March. However, it has still not reached the seller, and the replacement product has not yet been shipped.
It has now been almost a month, which is quite concerning for what should ideally be a simple exchange process.

No customer support, support numbers are not working, not getting any response in emails.

There is absolutely zero customer support over email or phone.

I purchased a product from them and later requested an exchange. Even after following up multiple times, I still have not received any update about my exchanged product.

Their delivery person came and picked up the originally ordered product, but the replacement product was never delivered.

This kind of service is extremely disappointing and shows a complete lack of responsibility toward customers.

I still haven't received any update from Blue Tyga Customer care or anyone called me w.r.t the partial order .
I see that I got only 1 Item delievred and Two of the Items are not delivered yet.
1 ) Sunscreen Jacket Ice NOT delivered
2) Sunscreen Balaclava Ice NOT Delivered
Only 1 Item got delivered 3) Sunscreen Jacket Pro Delivered .
I tried multiple times to reach you to your customer care through phone and everytime it's a challenge and disappointing experience and it never connected to any agent .
Secondly, I see that my order is partially fulfilled and after a wait for morethan a week which is also a disappointing experience with Blue tyga.
I don't want a call back on this from Blue tyga customer care and may I know when can the other item be fulfilled balaclava helmet face cover in this case quantity of two, may I know when that would be delivered. As only partial items are been dispatched for the moment.
I want an update on the present order status and tracking id of this package which has dispatched the partial items.

Honestly, this has been a very bad experience. Their advertisements are everywhere and make the brand look very promising, but their actual service is extremely poor.

Once purchased - your money is gone.

No customer support. once you buy the product, they will never take customer complaints. Their call center number is useless. It never get connected. And the support system will close the tickets without solution. After this, you can never contact them for exchange or cancellation. Once sold - Its over.
