As all the guys seemed busy or appointment time was a bit later than the booking time. There was no real pressure and we were given the keys for the car. Took it on a test drive and decided to purchase it. Paperwork was easy and done quickly. The only issue was the personal plate transfer as I had to email for help as it wasn’t done in the showroom, which I was advised by the sales person on the phone.
