Really poor. Sent me an item with half the parts missing. Said they’d send some parts but never did, just kept sending me emails to say it had been delayed about ten times. I advised this was unsatisfactory. They responded with an email saying I’d cancelled the request for the parts. No response to any messages I’ve sent back. Total waste of time. AVOID

I have to say I would avoid this company after my recent experiences. Every time I have rung up I speak to someone different who gives me contradictory advice. This has now happened to me on multiple occasions. I’ve spent four hours today on phone calls to them. On multiple occasions the adviser has said they would go and ask their manager and then 10 minutes of holding later I’ve had switchboard pick the phone up to start the conversation from scratch. I asked to make a formal complaint and they said they don’t do that, I have to go through the website. On looking at the website it isn’t an option. Please avoid.

Seems to be a fake scam company. I ordered a fly screen 2 months ago and have heard nothing and no contact number available and no response from their customer service email or online form. Will have to seek a card refund and report to trading standards. Beware.

Was worried after my order when read reviews on here but my apple airpods pro arrived in a week with very good communication. Cheaper thank other sellers and only seller with current stock.

Item came as ordered and fine but during the ordering process the website crashed and said it hadn’t been ordered so I ordered it again. The confirmation email came through twice so I emailed them straight away as it was a bank holiday to request that only one item sent. They got back to me a few days later to say it was too late to cancel as the orders are packed by a robot instantly and cannot be stopped and I would have to organise and pay for return of the duplicate item. Even if this upsets the robot I think this is really unfair!

Excellent service. The technician, Chris came within a couple of hours of my online booking. Came to my place of work and fixed within 30 minutes, perfect job. Price £20 cheaper than the best price repair shop locally and much cheaper than Apple store.

I would recommend avoiding this company as previously I've never had a problem with using a comparison site and choosing the best price before. My two year old iPhone 6 was in near perfect condition and had been in a case for its whole life. After paying the money for recorded delivery one is taking a risk of losing out if the company do not hold up to their valuation. But in this case it didn't justify a £33 reduction which they said was because of scratches- there was nothing when I carefully packaged it myself. So unless your phone looks absolutely as new (and possibly even if it does) then you shouldn't expect to get the quotes price. Other similar sites I've used in the past have given full price for my phones when I've been at upgrade time in the past even when not in as good a cosmetic condition as this one.

phones sent Monday and money received wednesday. Good price. I initially tried CEX as the price comparison site said they would pay the highest of all the companies. They had the phones 3weeks before without any explanation just sending them back to me- CEX are total waste of time. Mazuma are excellent so won't use anyone else in future.
