Quick delivery, excellent issue resolution

Product arrived in 2 days and well packed. On opening the smaller table rocked slightly as legs uneven. Contacted supplier immediately offered an exchange or money off if wanted to accept it. Great service and a high quality piece of furniture

Repeated delays of 2 weeks, confusing tracking

Repeated delays of 2 weeks, confusing tracking saying it had come to UK then was back in Germany only to be delivered that day in the UK in a half open box.
Items inside not damage as very well packed.
On ceiling light assumed we would already have a ceiling hook for it to attached to as not supplied but cheap enough to buy from amazon

Buying and collecting the car was a breeze and very professional. Deducted a star as bought car mats without knowing they would not be in the car but sent by post. A week later no mats yet.
Shame that this let them down as wanted to give 5 stars

Good price and well packaged for delivery. Use of DHL as courier only reason for 1 less star as didn't delivery on day the notified, then delivered on the wrong day leaving it out in the rain at the side of the house all day with a tear in the packaging letting in water

The VIP treatment

The VIP treatment, I phoned when the shop wasn't open, collected it before the shop was to avoid parking restrictions. Even better got extra money off and a 6 yr warranty.
Many sellers claim to offer a VIP club, a Richer sounds they live and breath it everyday.

Good range & prices, not quick delivery time

Product offering was much better than competitors and pricing very keen. Issue is delivery time. Ordered on Thursday late morning received the following Weds afternoon. Site states delivery in 2- 3 days with aim of same day dispatch if ordered before 2pm.
Quite a long wait if you need it urgently.

The item that you ordered is on a 2-3 working day delivery on our website as we have to order it in from the manufacturer.
As you placed your order on the Thursday morning we ordered it in that day. Unfortunately we didn't receive it from the manufacturer until late on the Monday so we only managed to ship it on the Tuesday. We were therefore a day late delivering to you.
We do try our best to deliver all orders within the timescales that we advertise, however sometimes suppliers let us down. I am sorry that this was the case for your order.

Box of wine left in full sun for hours…

Box of wine left in full sun for hours as we were out. Plenty of shade alternatives around the house and we have a safe yodel delivery place that is not used. Courier spoilt the experience. As each bottle was hot to touch we open them in trepidation rather than pleasure.
