Purchasing the funeral plan was an easy process.
However, when it came to using the plan and making the arrangements, I found the nominated branch were not great on communication and some information was consistently incorrect. Although one person in particular was very helpful (when I could get hold of her!)
As yet, the funeral has not taken place, but fingers crossed all will go ok on the day with no hiccups

The process of reporting my mum's passing to OVO Energy was dealt with compassion and understanding. Sophie detailed the next steps for me which were clear and understood. She helped to take the the worry and anxiety out of the situation and made me feel at ease, thank you

Great price product and perfect for what I need.
Had a little difficulty downloading the software at first as my new laptop had a 'trial' of Microsoft 365 installed and I needed to uninstall these before the product keys download would work.

New restaurant in West Bridgford, Nottingham. Our 1st visit to a Rudy’s.
Lots and LOTS of staff. In mid afternoon they’d run out of Burrata which features on many menu items. Asked to replace it with fresh mozzarella maybe? Was charged extra, but contested it and had it removed from the bill. Mozzarella is clearly cheaper than burrata. Also waitress couldn’t commit our whole order to memory, and an extra topping requested wasn’t added.
Pizza arrived luke warm, plus it was very doughy and chewy…think it could have been cooked a touch longer. We were right in front of the chefs so could see the problem. Either the chefs cook to order too quickly and the waiting staff can’t keep up OR the waiting staff are too slow to get the orders out, some pizzas left outside the oven for over 5 minutes waiting to go to tables. Seemed some waiting staff looked like they didn’t know what they were doing.
Salad was lovely, drinks brought promptly.
Won’t go again til the rush has died down… will go back to Pizza Express up the road!

My local Morrisons in Gamston has In Post lockers which have recently been upgraded so now they are double the size. But every time I go there (even mid-week) they're always full. It's a real pain in the bum, and I have to make special effort to go elsewhere. Maybe they're faulty, who know, but how do I report it?

I would have have given a 5* rating, if the call had been answered sooner. I was on hold waiting for a representative for 20 mins. Thankfully, the 0333 number is free on my mobile tariff! The issue was dealt with efficiently by the rep and a new bill issued by email within minutes...a good outcome in the end.

My local Inpost has doubled the amount of lockers now, much better than before...thank you

Good search options and easy to choose which was best for me. I struggled to find my invoice for my parcel, but managed to locate it in my profile after logging back in to the site

It's great cos I got 50% discount cos I'm on Three. It makes it an easier and economical way to send cards, especially if you can't get out to the shops. However, at the full price of 3.99 a card (excl postage) not sure I would pay this anymore, the cards are 1 pound more than a few years ago!

Very cost effective service to get to Corralejo from Fuerte airport, less than 10 quid! Ok, had to wait a little for the bus to be loaded but the journey was 1 hour. Can't complain for the price!

Great communication and DPD delivery/collection.
Only issue is my iCloud back up and restore in my new phone did not work and I have no back up on my new phone 😩
If I was able to do the back up with old & new phones side by side it would have been so much easier. Lost so much info…..
I understand the reason why it’s an exchange service but all the same….

Selling my car with Motorway was really easy. Communication was very good and they got me a good price, without bartering down too much, I think better than other sites. On the day of the sale, the Buyer maintained his distance and the bank transfer went through really quickly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues.
