These things happen

First class service considering a long return journey had to be made after Dealer found a minor fault and system had to be recalibrated.

First class service throughout

First class service throughout. Ordered 4 watch straps of which one for for granddaughter which required links to be removed, emailed Gary at Baker Bands asking for instructions on how to do this, I received an immediate reply advising that he would send out tool free of charge. In the interim granddaughter decided this type of strap was too clumsy for her so I started the return process and order a replacement. Was advised that the replacement would be sent out FOC and that they did not want the original returned.
I cannot but praise Gary and Baker Bands enough.

Rubbish…

Not delivering parcel on the day that you say you are going to deliver it. Being told on tracking that my delivery is 2 away then doesn’t get delivered, this happened 2 days running for same parcel. Very poor service.

First class service. Value £1500 above others. First collection had to be abandoned due to dog chewing up V5. No problem in getting an alternative collection at no extra cost after new V5 received.

Left with the task and dreading the task of selling car of a recently deceased close relative, contacted Cazoo and the task couldn’t be easier from first contact to Driver collecting the car and payment in the bank. Full marks.

Watch Delivery charges

Everything went fine and product good quality, only gripe is there delivery charge to Scottish areas that are NOT the Scottish Highlands. DD8 is not in or near the Scottish Highlands. Watch for this if ordering.

Amazing Service

Received valuation and sent left over Sri Lanka rupees and Croatia kunas by Royal Mail Special Delivery on the 24th May and had payment in my Bank Account on the 25th. You cannot get any better service than that. Would certainly recommend to others and will definitely us again.

Satisfied

very easy to book, only drawback is if you book lounge first then car park you are charged a credit card charge twice. Appears if you book car park you get the opportunity to book lounge at same time. Only reason for not giving 5 star.

I understand the inconvenience of making two bookings rather than just if you have done the lounge first and we have taken that on board.

The credit card fee is not a fixed amount however, it is 1.4% of the amount charged in total, so would not be any higher because there were two separate bookings.

You can use a debit card and that payment would be free of charge.
