Since Halford’s took over National Tyreand Tyre shopper.com they have ruined tyreshopper, the email address to contact them comes back with a message saying that this email address is no longer used, but doesn’t give a replacement address, or redirect your emails.
Tyres are constantly out of stock when the old tyreshopper always had tyres in stock that were on the website, now it doesn’t even say out of stock it won’t let you select a fitting station.
NO WAY TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS

Five minutes after ordering a card I realised that I had already ordered one a month earlier, so I contacted FP only to be told we don’t cancel orders and don’t give refunds, so I complained to PayPal who immediately gave me a refund I hope PayPal charges FP more than they should have refunded me.
Under the remote selling laws they are obliged to cancel an order and pay a refund within 14days of ordering.

First at the bar told they don’t sell squash for children but it’s on the kids menu.
Then told there’s no turkey so combo roast off asked if turkey could be swapped out for chicken answer NO so tried to order steak and ale pie that’s on the menu, NO only chicken pie. So had roast lamb. The lamb was just edible but the roast spuds had been warmed up and were like rubber inedible. It was the most overpriced rubbish I’ve ever eaten.
Also the waiter was condescending, kept saying we are not a carvery.
We left wishing we had gone to a carvery for a decent meal.

I ordered two items with a picture to be printed on, a mug that arrived very quick, and a T Shirt that didn’t arrive at all and when I asked where it was they sent me an email claiming that I had cancelled the order and so far no sign of a refund.
VERY BAD COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a pair of shorts, poor quality after speaking to Asda’s customer service sent them back using the return bin in store ,but no refund sent so tried email and phoning Asda to get a refund but couldn’t even get through to them, so got PayPal involved who paid the refund. Asda Customer Service is a JOKE.

We got the jackpot with Mark being our installer, what a lovely polite young man, he worked clean efficient and everything he did was really professional. We would happily have him back in our home.

Absolute Rubbish
I can’t find out how to set up a proper log in with a password. I can’t get past the stupid chat bot to talk to a human it won’t even give me a phone number to call.
At this moment in time I am wishing I never purchased esure home insurance.

Utterly Ridiculous

Horrendous company that will not put right any defects they say you have a five year guarantee that covers absolutely everything, but when you try to claim on it they say that problem only has 2 years cover.

Tried to open a one year fixed savings account. Filled out the forms got email withe the instructions to deposit the money saying The Access Bank UK LTD but my bank said it was wrong and could be a scam so stopped, contacted The Access Bank who said you should write the word Limited, well after reading the trust pilot reviews for them I've cancelled, if they cannot get a simple thing like that right I don’t want to deal with them.

Yuji is a very honest and competent young heating engineer, he fitted my Viessmann Boiler and done it's first service, we would have him back in our home anytime.

After looking at other web suppliers i found PF Jones and boy am i glad i did i saved loads of money and my new towbar arrived really fast even the web site was easy to use i was able to compare different makes and could even look at fitting instructions before i made my purchase.
The box did arive in a bad state but that is down to the couriors not PF Jones.

The product was good price and the web site easy to use the only thing that let it down was the packaging a part of the product was sticking out through a hole because the packaging was no ware near thick enough and the end/ opening was torn and the side of the product was visible we where lucky there was no damage .
