I can not recommend this company enough. I have had many blinds and curtains made over the years with constantly moving house and this company make a superior quality roman blinds. From the fixings to the quality of the work. Always helpful and excellent delivery.

Waited months and months for the product, when it eventually arrived it was faulty!! I have sent videos of the faulty product and they agreed to send a replacement but I have received nothing! and its been months again!! They have my money (which isn't cheap) and I have no product. There is no way of contacting them either. A complete scam of a company !!!

Awfull company
I had to wait over a month for my product and when it finally arrived it is faulty. You can only contact them by e-mail and they do not respond. I want to return my item for a full refund but nobody will get back to me and there is no address. I have sent two videos of the faullty Ponyjet but nothing!!! Awfull, awfull company!!
