Customer care is bad

I placed 3 orders hoping to get free ice trays per each of my orders. But didn't receive any. I contacted NIO, they said the offer finished before I placed the order. I sent her proof of the offer still being on the website and asked them to honour them. Again received a message saying they can't honour them. Seems like the customer care isn't the greatest!

We include cleaning and maintenance guides within the box of the product when it arrives to make sure you keep the product in 'tip top condition'.
