I really cannot fault the claims process. From start to finish it was easy to understand, the website simple to navigate and the claim was settled very quickly. Excellent service.

The Redworth Hall Hotel was a really lovely place to stay for our trip to County Durham. The staff were really pleasant and we enjoyed the evening meals but the only annoyance was the rigid 6:30pm dinner time. After the brilliant outings it would have been nice to relax with a couple of drinks before eating. Breakfast was from 7am - 9:30am and was perfect. Our driver Pat was helpful, knowledgeable about the trips out and did everything to make our trip memorable. Unfortunately his coach was tired - air conditioning not working, foot rests and magazine holders missing in a lot of places and no charging points. My husband’s seat was broken but luckily we were able to move because someone had cancelled their trip.
Yet again after a Shearings trip, the day we left my husband succumbed to Covid.

I needed a small sample pot to hide some paint chips in my kitchen - I really didn’t think the colour would still be available after 4+ years. The assistant who served me (Peter) was so helpful and mixed the paint straight away. The new account card is a great idea too, as all purchases are recorded so it’s easy to reorder colours or items.

I ordered a pair of winter cycling boots and thought I’d ordered the style that would suit my requirements. A really helpful member of the Saltdog team phoned me to check that I had measured my feet properly and after a discussion he actually advised on a different style for my cycling needs. The boots turned up quickly and are extremely well made. I can’t wait for some nasty weather to try them out! Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend 😀

Ordering easy and fast delivery - been using this for a few years now and it’s the best cat litter on the market. It may seem a bit more expensive to start with but it clumps so well and I only top the tray up every couple of months. My cat uses the tray approximately 3-4 times a week.

Ordered the shampoo bars and didn’t know what to expect. They came quickly and the little tins are so cute - the shampoo is brilliant too! Luxurious lather and leaves my hair squeaky clean.

The Get Well flowers being sent to my daughter had to be rescheduled due to her being admitted to hospital. Nothing was too much trouble and the flowers when they arrived were stunning.

The whole process after choosing this site, was absolutley seemless. On the day of delivery, when they found out that the plant ordered was out of stock, I received a call from the Nederlands from the most apologetic and polite lady. Another was chosen and my delighted daughter-in-law posted a photo of the most beautifully packaged, huge plant with wine! Fantastic service - thank you.

From placing the order to delivery it was a delight dealing with the Tiger Sheds company. When the product arrived (on the due date) it was as exactly as described - a very good quality product. Recommended to a family member who has also ordered the same product.
