Tried to use the website yesterday, that was a waste of time kept sending me down the Moving house process.

All as promised. Reasonable price. Simple to order, item arrived as promised. Delivery driver was very helpful and polite. Item was complete and undamaged. All round stress free transaction. Will use again.

Got there in the end. Difficulty adding the Tracker, which was missed on original policy. Spoke to one person and they were unhelpful at best, reissued the policy without the Tracker.
Rang back next day, different person, very helpful, sorted it all out, answered my questions .

Straight forward change of monitor, fitter was very professional and did an excellent job on the installation with the vehicle back to standard afterwards.
All tested and working.

Unheard of insurance companies, only one quote in the right ballpark, the other quotes were £100's more!
Won't bother again.

Not used Oponeo before but seemed to have good reviews. Ordered 3 Goodrich tyres which are getting harder to get, they came from Poland, took about a week to arrive, Customs probably slowed shipping down. All good, recently manufactured tyres, free delivery, cost less than previous tyres but you have to arrange your own fitting which can be awkward as the Garages want to supply.

Best price I found, delivered within the timeframe and I got an update to warn when the delivery was due so I could unlock the store.

Straightforward process, everything as booked. Tyre was ready and waiting for my appointment at a local garage.

Good solid door with a quality feel. Design process was good with plenty of options to personalise the door. Fitter was very good and didn't take long.

Slick website for ordering but no connection to reality. Turned up for the appointment, no tyre ! having arranged my day around the appointment. Should have gone to Kwik fit.
**** Day 2***
Customer service said the tyre had missed the truck but no-one thought to tell the customer. They then said it would be there tomorrow and arranged a fitting appointment.
It wasn't!
Customer Service didn't know why and hung up on me, second guy wouldn't listen to me and transferred me to the branch, while I was standing at the branch counter talking to the Manager!
Manager said it looked like there was no stock of this tyre so website and CS should not have ordered.
Finally got tyre fitted at 3rd appointment, ordered by the Branch, Branch were excellent. let down by Website and Customer services.

Easy process and helpful staff to collect

Ordered 5 lights now, great products and great service each time. Also we damaged one of the lights at Christmas but was able to order a new shade, delivered quickly.
Great service would recommend.
