Great holiday planners
Great holiday planners. We had a smooth and easy booking with Dan. Everything was explained in detail, and we were given a direct extension if we ever want to check aspects of the holiday. Highly recommend and I would use again. Thanks Dan!

Great gift for those difficult to buy for people
Although this was for a gift so I didn't actually see it, I received a call of delight from my friend who received it. She commented on the packaging, presentation, content and all the little extras like card and gift tag. The cost was very reasonable too with free postage over £20. There is plenty of choice in the build your own hamper, both sweet and savoury. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

Tasty chocolate but damaged product...again!
Although the chocolate is always tasty, some of the bars were broken and seal damaged and packaging ripped on another. This means I cannot give as gifts. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I received a hamper where the bars were melted. I will not be buying on line from hotel chocolat again. At least in the shop I can self inspect the products.

Poor poor service.. Steer clear
Only gave 1 star cos can't give zero! Lying company..ripped us off! Extortionate charges. I was willing to pay 500 to get out of their contact. I stayed cos of promised discount...spent 1 hour plus on phone.....guess what ...next bill was 111.. ..no discount. Had to fight for it. Steer clear.
Review of EE
Poor..poor...POOR !!!
Its not often I go out of my way to review a product, but in this case I feel it is my duty to warn other customers about EE. I bought a portable wireless device from PC World, when I was left without Broadband after Sky let me down. It cost £30, which included the first months fees of £26.
As I only needed the service for less than a week, I cancelled the DD immediately as advised. However, I received bills from EE immediately. I rang several times to explain that the first months costs were covered by PC World and I had since cancelled my DD.. The person I spoke to was both aggressive and rude. And as it was a "Rolling Contract" and I hadn't officially cancelled with them, I owed 2 months worth of fees - which amounted to £52. I paid the first £26, as I understood that as I hadn't officially cancelled I, strictly speaking, did owe this amount. However I was not willing to pay the initial £26. They would not entertain that it was PC World that owed the money, as the contract was in my name. I called PC World, and they tried to sort it out from their end, but again, they were told by EE that they would only deal with me - the contract holder. Cut a long story short, PC World were very helpful, and ended up giving me the £26 from their petty cash.
All I can say is - if you are thinking of going to EE - DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE !!!!!!!! And tell all your friends the same.
PS> I have only given 1 star as it wont let me have zero.
