I decided to look into lens replacement surgery after wearing contact lens and glasses for over 30 years. Optical Express where very quick to invite me in for an assessment to confirm suitability for laser or lens replacement. The assessment was completed at the Kingston-upon-Thames branch where the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. After a 2 weeks consideration I decided to proceed with the lens replacement surgery.
I spoke to the surgeon performing the procedure Danny Mitry. Danny was very honest and open to all my questions. We correspond further on email with further concerns and questions that I had.
I had the procedure on the 25/03/19 at Westfield shopping centre in London, again the staff were amazing and met with Danny prior to the procedure. The procedure went well and I am very pleased to say that I now have 20% better than 20/20 vision! It is amazing how clear and in focus my vision is now, from reading menus in restaurants to walking our dog Rua in bushy park and enjoying the wild life.

Customer service is good with the telephone team being professional and polite.

The storage was clean easy to access with helpful and friendly staff!
