My 5 cats love these so well made and last ages , iv got 5 different ones all over the house

Arrived on time and put in my safe spot as I was out but on the way home . Arrived not damaged

Iv got 5 cats and I always buy these scratchers now as fed up of cheap ones braking , these are good quality and last . Iv had chairs and the round tubs as Iv got mainecoon and Ragdoll’s . I will continue to buy from them and Iv recommend to family and freinds and also breeders .

Great page Iv had some lovely samples and lot of free things , sometimes I’m to late and miss a few things as some things only are limit so u have to be quick , but u get lots of things

We are so grateful for vernon who started my sons case and to Joseph who pushed all the way till we could close the case . Joseph was very thorough in all his letters he sent out and straight to the point which is what I like . And the secretary’s were both so nice to talk to on the phone as we spoke to them quite a bit . So I would def recommend this firm . And I would use again if needed . Me and my son are very great full . .

We brought this and wanted it done by the workmen as know it was secure so sent pictures for a quote . Men were lovely can’t fault them but was bit cross with extra money I had to pay to make it safer so I did pay it anything to keep my cats safe but the price should have been what it said as I sent loads of pictures off . But like I said men were lovely , polite and took care of my garden can’t fault them and fence did look really good . But on the first day my cat got out and every day after so I contacted them to ask for higher brackets just were he was going over the fence , and also where my playhouse was they secured he could still get to the end and climb on my shed . So I contacted them with pictures were he got out for support hoping they would come back and fix like the workmen told me to as I had paid the bill which was not cheap as I have a big garden . But the reply I got was even if they changed the brackets to higher they thought my normal cat could go over , the solution was for them to come out and put a electric system in place so he would have a Littie shock but not harm him at 560 pound but I said no I don’t like that idea of electric plus if a bird got on it it would prob kill them so now I’m no better off , so we have prob got to buy a few higher brackets ourself to change it round

I buy my cat litter here most months and that is always very good , but I don’t buy the cat food as find it a lot more expensive than other places and when I’m after a special food for maine coons they only sell big bags and not the small bags I can buy elsewhere , I do think there is more dog stuff than cat in the shop so I only buy the cat litter from here

I always put my things on Friday free adds and usually always good , you don’t get the odd person asking to post abroad but I always put collection only , so all my ads I post have been free so it’s not a bad way to sell

Very good customer service and Tue lady I sold to Zoe was really helpfull and helped me all the way to return a item

Cat sick and nearly died on this , she was so I’ll and I thought I would lose her as sick , runs and bad coat and hunched up . Within 4 days of taking of Felix she picked u and coat started to look bit better . No sick any more or sitting in the corner . So the rest of Felix went in the bin . The packets sometimes in the boxes looked bulging and stunk . Felix don’t won’t to know . This food needs to be inspected by someone outside of Felix

Very unhappy this is making cats ill and sick and the company are not bothered they don’t reply to emails and there is a big group on fb saying how it’s made cats ill . This food nearly killed my cat and we had vet tests and it was the white blood count , and all down to Felix cat food . Please do not buy any of there food as your cat will be sick , no energy fur loss , and be very ill , luckily we caught this in time else my cat wouod not be here today . And putina do not even care all the people who have reported can’t be wrong , so please avoid

Fed up
Of phone and internet going off , seems to be all the time now , and when you ring call centre you usually get someone reading off a script and treats you like your stupid

Can’t get hold of them on phone even though on hold 4 hours at a time , never replied to what’s app or emails , then when I do get through extra 5 thousand for same holiday , now got wait 90 days for refund while everyone else pays out much faster , I loved virgin but after this don’t know if wouod travel again with them how they treat people

We used to buy wood chip cat litter c j wood chip, but over the last year had problems buying it , first they said it was changing bag colour then it be in soon then they have no control over ordering as up to head office , so many times been in as fine this best litter and went in twice a week and still can’t get it , shelf’s always empty , plus our store never has any little bags royal canine indoor cat when I go , they say come back wens but still nothing , getting fed up and might have go back pets at home
