went to order the ham , egg and chips, asked if it was g/f chips, no one knew [if you work in a restaurant then staff should know what they are serving. lack of oat milk by the coffee machine, asked for more and she went to refill it but didn't , hard peas with the pie, then ordered pud and the so called millionaires shortbread biscuit pud was basically ice cream with a few crumbs on , no biscuit in sight . we used to like 'spoons, not been in a while and now i doubt i will be back ..

since switching to 4g i can no longer get messenger,dial out or even log into my account as i can't even retrieve my passcode to put into my log in ! may have to change sim as what is the point of having this ? oh and they had turned off my rolling plan and also removed all my credit that was in there since moving to 4g. email stated "you don't have to do anything"

rubbish. i never knew i had another account so i ticked the box saying it was a new account, sent off the form. added my marriage certificate and ticked the box for change of name as the accountant had spelt it wrong . because there was someone with the [nearly] same name they wouldn't do it . so numerous emails,phone calls,i lost the will to live . same address,same n.i.n same 1st and middle name but no,couldn't change it without proof,phone again "you have my marriage cert" nope,still in the wrong name !! so i have given up even bothering now if you can't even get the basics right ... same with trying to merge the 2 accounts just because the previous boss had never told me i even had an account grrr you would thinkthat if the n.i number and address was the same that would be a clue ??same date of birth also ..

order placed on the 5th . ready to dispatch by royal mail 48hr delivery on the 6th .. still not received, not replying to emails , tracking saying still not sent ! terrible service . can you at least reply !?
it arrived ..only to find it has been used and full of dog hair and dirt !!

got a quote online from compare the market , rang AA with the quote number and the price had gone up £20 in that few minutes so bought online in the end

no idea where the parcel is , no card , no parcel . any idea where they have delivered it ???

absolutely appauling customer services [if you can call it that as they don't even reply] . 12 days and counting so far . no delivery of dog food yet and no reply to any of the daily emails i've sent and no refund as requested as i have had to go elsewhere as i'm now getting desperate . 1st time i've used this company .. never again . spend a few ££ more and go to a more reputable company . not worth the hassle !!!!

matt trophy torbay , what a great bloke, very helpfull sorting out the food our pup needed as his protein in the last food was too high for him , matt spent the time with me and watson so watson got the flavour he liked , matt is always on time with his deliveries and is just so lovely , excellent service and an asset to the company

really quick delivery , great product . downside was they delivered to the billing address and not to works address as stated on the invoice ! , i did have a reply back from the email i sent which was a bonus but cant understand if they ask you if you want it delivered elsewhere why deliver it to the wrong address :/
