I was quite apprehensive about the venture, but I have to say it all went very smoothly. Good fellas communicated clearly and did everything they said they would. They told me not to worry! I'd happily use them again....and wouldn't worry!!

We ordered a shower tray and shower door. It arrived as arranged. The products were so well protected in transit they arrived on a gallow-like pallet. It was huge, we weren't expecting it to be so massive. If you have a similar order make sure to invite some strong, young friends to help!!

I bought a Taste of Betty's tin for an elderly relative, a Yorkshire emigré! She was moved to tears by the gift and spent a happy afternoon reliving all her visits to the various Betty's, with her friends and family who are no longer with us. The tin is proudly displayed in the lounge with the dwindling rations...

The wooden puzzles were finished to a high quality and very bright and colourful. Very appealing for little people!

Hermes were meant to deliver 3 parcels on Saturday. I was in all day, there is also a note on the door to leave parcels in the woodshed if they can't get a reply. In addition, we have a dog who barks wildly if anyone opens the gate. I received an email to say that the parcel hadn't been delivered because I wasn't in, and there was nowhere safe to leave it. It would be delivered next working day.
Monday, no delivery, but another email to say they'll be in contact on Wednesday... and then I get asked to write a review!! Too tempting!!

the niger seed and bird seed sacks both had holes in.
