Bought a dishwasher from Hughes. Managed to get it for a very good price including disconnecting & recycling my old dishwasher. The delivery went super smoothly. Unfortunately the guys were not able to disconnect the old dish washer due to a faulty pipe and were worried that I might end up with a flood. Hence we agreed that I get in a professional plumber to sort out the problem and disconnect my old dishwasher then rearrange another date to collect my old dishwasher. I rang Customer Service a few days later and the gentleman was really nice and polite and booked me in straight away. Super happy with my purchase & very helpful Customer Service! Definitely highly recommend Hughes and certainly will come back ....! THANK YOU!

Great seller & fantastic customer service. I purchased bathroom item but had to return it as it was the wrong size - was my fault as I did not measure correctly. They refunded me within a day or two. I just had to change my delivery day for my large items I bought from VictoriaPlum and I got in contact with their chat app on their site. It took a while as it was a busy time.
