Received replacement delivery of my furniture; 4 seater, 3 seater and Accent chair total value of order £4119 so not a cheap suite!
Paid extra money to have gliders fitted pre-delivery, no gliders were fitted on either delivery, despite a call to customer services prior to delivery, to remind them.
Driver reported an issue with the Accent chair (£895) before he left my home; description of issue and photos.
3 days later I received an email requesting 3 photos of the issues. Called the customer service number and spoke to Fatima, she said the service request could not be raised until I sent further photos, as the drivers photos did not show the problem with the chair. Sent several photos same day, advised I would be contacted by the service team.
Issues include; flaws in the material (again), chair is not straight, bubble was completely lost on the spirit level, seat not stuffed correctly leaving a huge gap between the seat and back, material puckered on one of the arms and legs are scratched.
Having heard nothing, contacted Furniture Village again. This was now six days after delivery, to be told that my service request had not yet been raised and there were no notes on the system following my call. Advised that this was probably due to the customer service member Fatima, losing system access after my call, which would have prevented her from raising my case, as they would not have been able to locate my details. Really!! How stupid do you think customers are.
And not forgetting the short message from Fatima on her return email, asking me to review her on Trustpilot - well Fatima, here’s your review.
Really disappointed that I have paid £895 for 1 chair that on two separate occasions has arrived substandard; clearly their furniture is not quality checked before it’s sent out.
I was willing to give them a third opportunity to “get it right this time”, but having lost total faith in this company, I am now awaiting confirmation of a date for collection and the return of my £895. I’ll take my money elsewhere!!

Review of Boomf
Ordered a Boomf for my daughters birthday due to the lockdown. I wanted to send something out of the ordinary.
My only critique is the delivery window of 1-3 days. My daughter received her card yesterday and her birthday isn’t until tomorrow ☹️ I didn’t want to leave it any longer in case it arrived too late. But I feel it arrived too early, spoilt the surprise

Reported faulty Extractor hood the beginning of October 2019, still waiting for this to be resolved. Two engineer visits, four 45 minute telephone calls, two emails later and I’m still waiting.
The first engineer that came out told me that the parts he had been given were the wrong ones. He told me that it was always happening to him, “they keep sending me out with the wrong parts”. But he assured me that he would order the correct parts, these would be delivered to me directly. I needed 2 parts, one of which was not in stock so would probably arrive after Christmas. “I’m sure your husband would be more than capable of fitting them” REALLY!!
Surprise, surprise, the parts never arrived. On the 10 January I emailed customer care, I’m still waiting for a response to that email?
Telephoned them again, I was asked to call them again once my parts were received. Parts were delivered within a few days, but yes, they were the wrong parts yet again. Another wasted engineer visit, despite me insisting that his visit was pointless.
Several telephone calls later they have agreed to replace my extractor, but I’ve got to arrange and pay to have it changed over. REALLY!!!
Shocking company, poor customer service and I’m out of pocket!
Well CDA how low can you go? I write a poor review and you respond to my review online, making out that you are concerned and that you will be giving my issues some investigation. I have emailed the information you requested in order for you to look into my problem.
Now that was several weeks ago and low and behold, you have done NOTHING. Am I surprised, NO it’s just a scam to make the general public think that you care and that you provide good customer service. What a joke!!!!

We haven’t fitted the down lights yet, but the ordering was easy, packaging was excellent. The delivery company were amazing, I was given a 1 hour delivery slot and this was achieved. Driver was really friendly. I would use Lights2go again. Thank you 😊
