Richard at Coventry made the whole…

Richard at Coventry made the whole sales process very easy. There was no pressure selling and we were left in peace, but he was arround when we had questions and importantly, he knew the answers.

NaturesLens - Excellent and EASY

After previous very saucerful and fantastic trips with NaturesLens, I decided to use them again and re-visit Costa Rica.
PN and David (the owners) made the booking process very simple and straightforward and they were both more than happy to answer all my questions about the trip, the itinerary, the accommodation and Cost Rica.

This was just the start. This was a small group holiday (4 of us + David), led by David, who was with us for the entre holiday.
On arrival we were met at the Airport and introduced to Tony, who was our 'Man Friday' for the entire holiday as well. Tony was a 'local' who knew everybody worth knowing and knew Costa Rica like the back of his hand. Tony drove the mini-bus. Tony took the suitcases to the lodges when we arrived at our accommodation and then he also picked them up from the room and took them to the mini-bus when we were leaving. Tony carried our tripods and camera equipment (when we had taken too much), he also made sure that we always had water to drink and I have never seen a mini-bus that has been cleaned so often, it was spotless. Most importantly, Tony fully understood how delicate our camera equipment was so ensured that it was always safely positioned in the bus and any time we stopped for a comfort break, he would stand by the bus to ensure no one got tempted (not that I believe anyone would have done in Costa Rica, it is such a safe and friendly place).
David's knowledge on photography was endless, as well as his experience with different manufacturer cameras, so he was more than able to answer all the various photographic questions that the group had. He was constantly encouraging us and challenging us to try different things with the cameras and was always suggesting 'starting points' for the camera setup.
What makes a NaturesLens trip so successful is that David establishes personal relationships with all the local experts and service owners. In most cases he has worked with his contact for a great number of years, so they know exactly what we are after and David ensure that they deliver. This local expertise has ensured that when we were after a particular species of bird/animal, that we in most cases were successful in getting some stunning photographs. Some of the places we were taken to we so far of the beaten track that we would never have found them without this local expertise and local knowledge.
The lodges that we styed in were all 'as advertise' and actually were better than my expectations. Again, David has excellent relationships with all the hotel/accommodation owners so if there were any niggles or special request these were sorted out very quickly (in Costa Rica they drink tea black, so having 5 Europeans asking for team with milk always came as a surprise, but we always got our milk).

Would I recommend NaturesLens?
I can best answer that by saying that I will be returning back to Costa Rica in the next few years and I have already decided it will be with NaturesLens again. IT was a very easy decision to make

Callum made the experience of ordering FTTP a pleasure

Callum made the whole experience of selecting a new provider for my FTTP service a very easy and enjoyable experience. He answered all my questions veyy patiently and quickly, and I asked many of them. He confirmed all the details that we had discussed and clearly summarised the service and the costs on a monthly basis (I also got the bargain of a special offer of the first 6-month free of charge). 4th utility will contact my current provider and handle all closure activities. I am now looking forward to my new service in early November

Mona Samandi and Panache 5-Star service

I have just completed the booking of my 15-day Cruise with Panache. My Cruise Connoisseur was Mona Samandi.
I cannot say enough to praise Mona adequately. The entire process from initial contact through to final booking was incredibly smooth, easy and straightforward.
Mona made sure she understood me, and what I was looking for and went out of her way to help, especially answering the many questions that I asked. These all involved further research and discussion between her and the Cruise company (Seabourn) and at no point did Mona get frustrated with me, at times changing my mind and asking for many options to be reviewed and costed. I know that I added additional challenges onto Mona being a Solo traveller, but at no point was this an issue. It was a pleasure dealing with Mona

Tom was fantastic

Tom was fantastic. He was completely self reliant and had everything that he needed to do the job. He was a complete perfectionist. He did not hurry and ensured that the four wheels all ended up looking as good as new (and there was a significant amount of damage on all the wheels). He was extremely careful when removing and replacing the wheels/tyres from the car and even spotted two very small chips in the paint that I was completely unaware of, which he subsequently fixed. Tom fully explained everything that he was going to do and was extremely friendly, courteous and pleasant. His experience with this type of work shone through.

Prompt friendly Chat service with a human

reasonably prompt repose and then did not ask too many silly questions to get me through security and to the point of troubleshooting. Remotely checked my line and found no faults. Will send me out a 'check sheet' of things to check. Have only give 4 stars as my problem has not yet been solved and I am probably going to have to get back in touch.

Have increased score to 5 stars. On the information sheet provided (which arrived immediately) one of the steps fixed the problem. (with FTTC you need to turn the NTE off for at least 30 mins.)

Great customer service from (Priya Rani)

The customer advisor (Priya Rani) was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Contacted TTB to get on a better/cheaper contact and even though I was prepared to leave, I did not need to go that far in any discussions as I am more than happy with the result. Cheaper costs, same excellent plan and a new router.

Very Professional company to deal with.

In these current times of uncertainty, we have to accept that with the 'best will in the world' plans and commitments are more than likely to change, through no specific individuals fault. Government advice, that we as individual and companies have to follow is fluid at the best of times.
The best that I can do is to research for some 'best advice' and look at the independant guidance that companies like Which? And MoneySavingsExpert have provided and most importantly work in partnership with the travel company that I have booked my holidays through.
I have had 3 holidays cancelled this year, one package and 2 where I have sourced bits from different suppliers.
In each case I have followed the prevailing 'common sense' approach of following the freely available and oft repeated guidance of waiting for the service provider to cancel the trip and to work with them for a refund or re-booking one they have informed me that the trip is not running.
In every case I have had a refund or a re-booking (that was my choice)
Getting to specifics, I can not praise Natureslens enough for all the help and guidance they have provided me. They have rescheduled my trip with them until Q2/2021 and have already made it clear that if they have to cancel it again that they will discuss the options ooen to me once (and if) they have to cancel it.
I am so pleased with the way that David and his wife have treated me, with honesty, openness and fairness, but saying that I am not in anyway surprised, as this has been the way they have always treaded me in the may years and trips that I have had with them. They are not actually behaving in any way new, they have always been professional.
I have to be pragmatic about the current situation, and my rescheduled trip along with the two other trips I have just booked with them for 2021 may not actually happen as planned, but I am confident that working with them will get things sorted out if the circumstances dictate that changes have to be made, otherwise I am looking forward to having three holiday with (my own personal view here) the best photographic travel specialists that I am aware of.
To summarise this all up, do your research, read documentation and most importantly treat people with courtesy and respect and Natureslens cant to enough to help you.

Mercedes Grimsby - Professional - Friendly and Efficient

I could not have wished for a more pleasant and professional way to purchase my car.
All my questions were always promptly answered, and despite being a sales company, I always felt that I was getting honest answers to my questions and guidance on what was best for me, and not necessarily the sale - I never had the feeling of being pressured in any way.
All the sales staff were exceptionally friendly.
On the day of the hand over of the car, I was picked up from the train station (without me having to wait) and as much as possible everything had been prepared to make the admin and payments as smooth and painless as possible. Again, no hard sell of services that I did not want.
The handover and explanation of the new car was very enjoyable, with all my silly questions being answered.
I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and all the staff, and when the time comes for it in the future I will definitely consider purchasing my next car from them.

Brilliant Experiences

I have been on a number of trips (3) with NaturesLens and have nothing but praise for them. I have also already booked my next trip with them at the end of the year.
Before the holiday even starts, the admin and assistance is exemplary. They truly believe in customer service and all questions are very promptly and honestly answered and they will go 'above and beyond' to try and help you.
When it comes to the actual holiday these are always escorted by at least one member of the NaturesLens team who are with you through the entire holiday and bend over backwards to accommodate your requests, even the challenging ones. They have built up a contact list of local experts that are second to none and the professionalism and enthusiasm of the local is infectious - you are in no way just seen as a 'job'. The locals and NaturesLens team have a wealth of knowledge about the wildlife, locations and photography that is evident, even more evident is there ability to be there when you need or want them, but they are not 'in your face' not telling you what you should be doing, but supporting you in what you want to be doing.
For me another key aspect of NaturesLens is that they keep the group size to a very sensible number (In my case 4 - 8 depending on the holiday) this has the advantage that they have plenty of time to get to know you as an individual, have time to tailor their assistance and explanations and most importantly are flexible with the itinerary and are open to changes and suggestions.
Having the local contacts also means that they are able to book accommodation that is 'close to the action', authentic to the local area and whenever possible luxurious (to get authentic you don't have to slum it).
Whilst they cant guarantee that they can find the wildlife that you are looking for, they do their upmost to try and make each outing as successful as possible and there is always something that is interesting to watch and photograph.
There are many companies that are jumping on the 'photographic holiday' bandwagon and whilst some off the others may be all-right or even good, NaturesLens have been establish for a good number of years and are continuously evolving their existing offerings to improve and enhance them, as well as introducing new holidays and experiences. With the professionalism and friendliness that I have experienced I have no inclinations in going elsewhere.
