Delivery was on time. However, no attempt made to ring my bell and package delivered straight to Porter’s lodge. Sender may have been at fault as full address was not on the package.

Delivered within timeframe

No attempt was made to deliver to me. The package was reported to have been delivered to the concierge. On enquiry it had not been delivered to the concierge and the photograph accompanying the delivery did not demonstrate that delivery had been made. This is not the first time that I have had this experience with DPD which seems less reliable than other companies.
