Parcel sitting in a delivery centre since 4 December (11 days) and nowhere to be seen. Never experienced such bad service before!

I’m very disappointed with the delivery experience (GLS). My package has been stuck in the warehouse since 4 December and is not moving; I asked Lampmasters for an update and haven’t had any news yet.

Update (1 January): item was lost in transit and replacement has not been sent yet. Communication with customer service has been very slow.

The labels used in the Ergo Desks assembly video did not match those in printed instructions from the manufacturer (a different company): every component was labelled incorrectly by one letter, e.g. A should have been B, etc. Some of the instructions were also unclear. This meant assembly took much longer than necessary.

Advertised promotion (free gift card with purchase) did not work. Felt conned into making a purchase. Customer service unhelpful.

Excellent service for Day 2 tests. I needed to change the date of my test and was able to purchase a new test and get a full refund for the previous order - I was very grateful because not all providers allow this. Everything was posted and returned swiftly.

I bought a floating vanity unit with matching basin. The quality is good and delivery was prompt; however, the basin came with a mismatched overflow cover: the cover is chrome but the colour scheme of the vanity unit is brass (brass handles, brass tap in the photo). Disappointingly, the cover appears to have been photoshopped out of the product photo on the website (presumably because it does not match)... To make matters worse, the overflow is an unusual rectangular shape so I cannot find a replacement anywhere online (and the enamel underneath the chrome cover is chipped). Customer services weren’t at all helpful when I enquired about this.

The only problem with UK delivery is that once the package is handed over to Parcelforce, they fail to update tracking data.
