Recently ordered tube clamp fittings and an incorrect part was sent. Not end of world stuff but no replies to e-mails, don't pick up phone so had to spend £18 with another supplier for one item so I could install a handrail.
Have previously had excellent service but this time my experience has been very poor.

Fixed the leak from mains water supply which was under house with a concrete base.
Did with minimum of disruption re routing supply via garage rather than dig a channel through the house.
Good job and tidy.
