post using ppi does not get to destination and does not get returned even with a return label. used tracked and it gets there!

cost us a lot of money and had to change system

no parking outside drop off point so carrying a 10kg parcel in rain and cold not good to start with. the assistant who took the parcel could not answer a simple question like is this the collect plus point! bad mannered and surly he then took the parcel scanned it and placed it on the floor where he then proceeded to kick it along. will be looking to use a different drop off point in future.
