It was easy to arrange the EPC survey online, the company responded promptly and the surveyor also called to discuss the work. The survey was kindly arranged to fit in with the tenant’s availability. The service was personal and I would strongly recommend the company and surveyor.

The company agreed an appointment to suit me and kept me informed. The guys turned up on time, quickly identified the problem with the boiler and made an additional repair while they were there. The guys were very helpful and explained the problem and its solution clearly.

The organisation was superb and all of the hotels, with the exception of Cloud's End, were very comfortable. Sita took excellent care of us and all of the transfers were impressive. Our one suggestion is that some guidance should be provided on tipping for the drivers (both single trip and multiple days), the guides and the local representatives.
