Opened a question on 02-19-2024 and no one ever provided any answers. Was lead to believe a $5 payment was collected. Then, I was charged an additional $40 for NO service. I cancelled the process in less than 10 minutes of signing up. Terrible service. I disputed the charge on AMEX
