She’s knowledgeable, patient, helpful and gets things done immediately.
Having tried other cruise agents over the years, I can honestly say that you could do no better than to book your cruise with Catherine.

Easy ordering experience.

No problems at all with the ordering and delivery process. The only issue is the complexity of programming this Hozelock watering unit.
It’s the third Hozelock unit I’ve had. They don’t last more than 5 years. This model has been infuriating to programme. I’ve had to factory reset it 3 times in order to get it right. Heaven help me if I need to change the timings!!

VERY SORRY I DEALT WITH ONBUY

Placed an order online 8/2/25 for a Shark vacuum cleaner £213.94. Never received any acknowledge of this order!!!
Website says to contact the seller with queries who is FT Collections but there’s no contact details for them or Onbuy.
This is very suspicious!!!
Payment is pending in my credit card account. I’m very sorry I dealt with Onbuy. Never again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not buy from Outdoor Value if you care about customer service!
I bought an extra large garden mirror from them via Amazon. It arrived smashed.
They refused to collect it and said it is my responsibility to dispose of it. I am an old lady with no car. The box is 69 inches long and extremely heavy. How am I meant to dispose of it?
Outrageous customer service and Amazon were no help whatsoever in this matter.

BULLY BOY TACTICS FROM NPCS LOCAL

I received a call from Jamie McKee of NPCS Local after registering my job with Bark. He quoted £650 for the job of removing all the loft insulation and cleaning my loft after a rat infestation. His quote was based on the size of my loft which he found via the EPC of the adjoining semi, and not on any information given by me.

I was assured that they would completely sheet up and protect all areas and that they would clean up before leaving on completion of the job. Nevertheless, I taped closed all the upstairs rooms.

On arrival at my home, Jamie started complaining that the job was bigger than he thought. He did not sheet up the carpets and immediately he opened the loft hatch there were rat droppings on my new wool carpet!
Jamie left his brother Jack alone to do the job. He put down one sheet over the middle of my stairs but that did not cover them properly plus a couple of pieces of thin plastic elsewhere.

Jack had no ladders to get in or out of the loft so had to use mine. Nor did he have bags for the dirty insulation, nor a brush, nor an extension lead, nor shoe protectors - all of which I had to supply.

Jamie returned to my home 9 hours later and he and Jack took away all but 5 large bin bags of infested insulation. On ‘cleaning up’ I saw that every single step and nearly every riser of my stairs there were filthy marks and stains, which also extended to my landing. My previously white walls were covered in filth.

It was apparent that the carpet needed a professional clean plus the house looked like a disaster area. I knew beforehand that this was going to be a dirty job but the assurances from NPCS that they would do a complete clean up encouraged me to use them.

Jamie was threatening and bullying when I explained that the carpet needed cleaning. He demanded the full £650 there and then! He was going to stay in my house until I paid him every penny! I refused. He got more and more threatening and would not accept a penny less than £650. I offered him £400 immediately and the balance once I knew the cost of the carpet cleaning. He said he would be leaving the contaminated waste in my loft until he was paid in full. I ignored him and transferred £400 to his bank (interestingly a ‘personal’ account). He eventually left my home.

He had asked to use my toilet but due to COVID I had refused. After he’d gone I found he had ‘broken into’ my taped up toilet, urinated, not flushed the toilet, and the toilet bowl and the toilet floor were disgustingly filthy.

Do not use this company unless you are happy to have your home completely disrespected and left filthy. And, of course, unless you are prepared to be bullied by them.

Excellent Service from Jason Stanbridge

We have had wonderful service and expert advice from Jason Stanbridge at MP Moran in Watford. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and has been an invaluable help in deciding what to buy for our two new bathrooms. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason, even when we changed the spec for one of the rooms. MP Moran's prices are very competitive and we'd have no hesitation in recommending Jason to anyone who values good service.

Highly recommended

I was nervous about dealing with Mistermarble in Bury as I knew nothing about them. I read the Trustpilot reviews and they were all positive so I went to see Kerry. After meeting her I was sure that I'd made the right decision. She was patient and explained everything to me in detail and the price was competitive. Mistermarble also only ask for £100 deposit and you pay the balance on completion. Any company who does that must be confident in the quality of their work!!

The fitters were two of the hardest working men I've met in a long time. I'm very fussy but their craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The finished job looks great - I bought white quartz work tops and back splashes.

All in all, an excellent company that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Don't waste your money

I ordered an acrylic rectangular sign, white lettering on a black background. The quality is very poor and there were absolutely no instructions as to how to fit it. I emailed the company for instructions and they ignored me. There are lots and lots of other companies producing these type of signs. Avoid designahousesign.com unless you like throwing good money away.
