After a terrible few years, British Gas has really got its act together. Appointments are usually next day, engineers are exceptionally cheerful and attentive, problems are always solved in super quick time and the office are very communicative. I’ve had two call outs of late and they have been superb, glad I keep my subscription and kept faith.
