If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from this site. Items are of very poor quality and take ages to come from China. Still unable to organise a return or get a refund for a light we ordered from them on 6th Dec. I have unboxed this again to show our electrician and cut my finger on the sharp puncture holes in the metal! Our electrician would refuse to fit this, if it was ok to fit. This light is not fit for purpose and is dangerous. Order No LPUK32488. Updated - Now refunded. Thank you.

Not so much a surprise BAG, more like a surprise couple of items. Tuna sandwich and a tuna panini at the end of the day. Both would’ve been on a reduced shelf in any supermarket. You live and learn!

I was staying in Harrogate for a few days and popped in to browse the Blacks store there. The staff were attentive, very friendly and informative. Zoe and Tracey were happy, chatty and friendly which made the whole experience enjoyable. I bought a few items including a lovely green North Face jacket, with their assistance.

Our delivery date changes were handled without issue and the quality is super.
Our kitchen has been fitted and our quartz worktop template done. Can't wait for our falcon ice quartz worktop to arrive to complete our Wren kitchen
