Super quick service - thank you.
It was also half the price that the estate agents had quoted!

Fantastic showroom.

Visited the Barnstaple store on Sunday for the first time. We were impressed with the range and quality of products. Staff were very helpful and not at all pushy. We dealt with Paul, who had a lovely manner. Placed an order for sofas, dining room table and chairs and a coffe table. We will be back!

I have been trying to get in contact…

I have been trying to get in contact with Reassure since November 2022! I have tried the online portal and it doesn't recognise my information and when I have called - as soon as I press my options, nothing happens. I even wrote to them in November asking for someone to contact me. I have filled in online contact us forms and get a standard reply. Grrrrrr! Has anyone got another number other than 0800 073 1777 please?

Saved me thousands. Fast and Efficient too!

Such and quick response to my original enquiry and once we spoke on the telephone, I knew that they would be an extremely efficient Company. The paperwork my end, took some time to complete (about 5 weeks, thanks to the incompetence of Barclays Bank).Once I completed this Probate was granted in a week! Amazing service and it save me thousands in Solicitors fees. Thank you.

E-On were very quick getting back to me…

E-On were very quick getting back to me when I contacted their Bereavement Team! I emailed them, as I was on hold for ages, and I was called back within minutes. I spoke to Elizabeth and she sent everything on an email to me. Clear simple instructions. She was super-efficient and now my refund is being processed. I have had to deal with dozens of Bereavement Team over the last few weeks, and I would say that E-ON have been the best . Thank you Elizabeth.

Hugely disappointed

Hugely disappointed. My husband ordered me a pair of earrings for Christmas (P3486) and paid £1600. When they arrived (in a lovely box) I saw the valuation certificate and receipt and thought they were much smaller, and did not represent the photos on the insurance valuation and also shown on the website. I was really upset as I didn’t want to query this as they were a gift. I finally queried the item as I really wasn’t convinced I had been sent the right item. The ones I received looked exactly like the item on their website for £130!!! I called the company and was told to send them back in case they had been packed up incorrectly. I received an email to say that they had received them, but they couldn’t reply for up to 28 days. I then asked for a further pair to be sent out as we had already paid (and I wanted to see if the next pair were different) Within 2 hours of my email they replied and said that I had received the correct order, but they were going to refund me instantly. I did not ask for a refund, I asked them to confirm that I had received the correct earrings as I was going to get them checked by another jeweller . I also wanted them to confirm that I had received the right order and said I was going to report them to the advertising standards authority as they were not the same as on their website and valuation certificate. I asked for a photo and video of the pair that were ordered and my earrings did not look like the pair shown in the video!!Their response screams of being caught out…. The earrings (item P3486) were not as shown. I had to use a magnifying glass to see any diamonds.Diamond chips and poor clasps. I did not ask for a refund….. I know that these earrings were not what we paid for and they knew that, hence why a refund is being processed. Beware! Hugely disappointed and feel terrible for my husband as this was my Christmas present.

Great range of products

Great range of products. I placed my order online and had a query with it. I received a call back immediately and took delivery of my goods within a couple of days. I love them! I am just hoping that my Raynaud's goes into hibernation now I have my new gloves and wrist warmers. Beautiful soft and stylish - thank you.

We booked our holiday through …

We booked our holiday through TripAdvisor and became very nervous when the booking came through Cancelon. (We booked and paid 6 months in advance). Despite receiving reassuring emails and making several calls to Cancelon, we were relieved to receive our final confirmation pre-paid voucher. Off we went on a 14 hour trip to discover - NO BOOKING AT THE HOTEL! We had been booked into a different Hotel (half the price) but only discovered this after an exhausting and stressful Hotel search that we did by ourselves. We have been told that we will get a full refund - but 2 months and several calls later - NOTHING! DO NOT USE TRIP ADVISOR OR CANCELON
