Took my money for 10 months and then, when I submitted a claim, started asking important questions in order to find a way out of paying. These should have been asked at the beginning, if they were important, before they took my money and I consider it borderline fraud. They took a month, from the original incident, to pay up so don't believe the 98% 5 day pay out statement.

My parcel has NOT been delivered. My call to your operative resulted in absolutely nothing. She couldn't tell where my goods had been dropped, couldn't put me through to a supervisor and couldn't get in touch with either the depot or the driver. We're in chocolate teapot territory and I see no purpose in employing someone who is difficult to understand and can't do ANYTHING!
Your company doesn't deserve to survive. It says I have signed for it which is fraud.

Not delivered by DPD - forgave them as there was some flooding. Delivered now to the wrong address and they don't know where meaning I have to go out to buy dog food while they still have my money. The delivery company is down to Viovet so won't be using this company ever again.

Second time they've failed to deliver within the time/date stated. Don't bother trying to use their phone because it's just an automated machine and their chat bot is utterly useless too. Can't get any sense, they don't want to answer questions and they couldn't care less as a company. I'm going to stop using pets at home as they insist on delivering (or not) by this waste of space. Changed their name, from Hermes, due to appalling reviews but they forgot to change their company attitude.

Update on review below. Company gave me £7 refund on the next day delivery.
I tried to put the cover on but, as a 75 year old woman with arthritic wrists, it was not possible. My much younger and very fit male neighbour took an hour trying to ease the cover over the frame. He eventually succeeded but beware if you are not strong because it's a nightmare. I bought the largest size.
The bed has come with an extremely over engineered long bag to carry the dismantled bed which is ridiculous because 1) you can't dismantle it without the strength of Atlas. 2) why would you need to carry it around anyway - it's not a set of golf clubs! 3) how much has the bag cost? It's no use as it's long and thin and extremely strong but the wrong shape to use for anything anyway.
Other than the above the bed seems ok but I'll see how long it lasts as it's only been used for a week.

2) - try to transfer my postcode correctly. I put in the correct code and looked up my address correctly'
3) - because of 2) my bed has not been delivered
4) - your couriers also can't be bothered to answer their phones either and they have a one star rating too.
5) - I could have bought the same product made in China but I give the order to a British company £70 dearer and this is what I get.
6) - I paid over £14 delivery to make sure I received the bed TODAY.
7) - I can't see how to change the incorrect post code on your site.

Excellent medication advice made it possible to deal with my dog who gets angry if he needs anything done to him.

Arrived eventually but the product, which I've bought for years, looks different, smells different and the spray cap won't stay on the can. Just can't be bothered to send it back. The postage at £5 is also rather excessive but I thought the hair spray was very reasonably priced to offset it.

I don't believe that L&G have invested wisely or looked after my interests. Now I discover I cannot legally withdraw the invested funds. As for the reply below I'm not wasting any more time with this company.

Useless company which doesn't allow you to call a human being. No delivery, no update - I've just had to travel 30 miles to buy my dog food because of this ridiculous non-delivery company. Beware any one using Yodel for delivery. Will now refuse to accept delivery and they can return it at their expense

I'm sitting here without a land line for the 4th day. This company doesn't care, won't call you back when they say they will, keep telling you to re-boot the phone when that hasn't worked 4 times previously and just takes your money. I'm disabled and cannot access any of the equipment easily so am now in pain from doing so. It's cost me about £25 in mobile pay-as-you-go calls and I'm still without a phone. My carers tried to call but have an American voice telling them the service is out of their area. If you are vulnerable and value your sanity then do NOT go with this provider as it's not worth it. I have absolutely no idea what to do as it will cost a fortune to get rid of them but I may just have to do that. ( review number 2)
Just seen the rather stupid and patronising response below which shows how much they care....not! I'm not reaching out I'm very ANGRY! Guess what, I have a mobile phone because I know how vulnerable I am but it's costing me a fortune while paying Gigaclear to provide me with a service which I'm not receiving.

Installation and change over fine and then I hit the brick wall which is customer service! Apparently all the problems are the fault of the phone rather than the service. Except that they're unaware of the 'Home phone set up' on their own web site or how to change settings. They keep saying my speeds are fine when I have 46.0 download and 49.3 upload rather than the 200 - 300 I was promised. Poorly trained, incompetent and ineffective to say the least Just put in a complaint so we'll see how that goes.....
Contacted me full of apologies but no solutions and asked when they could carry out a review of the rubbish speeds. I gave them a time but am still waiting!!!

Do I have to give this one star? Waiting to change over to them, they've got the address wrong, have spent an hour trying to change it and wasted a whole afternoon. This company doesn't deserve customers and is beyond incompetent. I'm staying with Octopus energy which is a shining beacon of light compared to this shower.
