Best price delivery was really quick, actually two weeks earlier than expected. Follow up good and received invoice in post. Only problem was wasn’t notified about the delivery would have been good to be informed so could unlock tank. Will use again as service excellent

I ordered seeds recently as there was a special promotion however when they arrived only two of the ones I had ordered where correct. The other eight packets not part of my order. To be fair they are replacing them but I seem to have a problem each order I make. Still waiting for my lilies which are due this week.

Lovely items and style great. Arrived very quickly. Just to mention that the sizes were very generous as many brands now are cut so small. Would suggest you order your size but maybe check measurements in advance. As I purchased in the sale and able to do alterations wasn’t a problem. Better too big than very tight!

Unfortunately MandM use the worst courier service Evri lowest rated of any! Needless to say my parcel went walk about and never arrived. I would have gladly paid more for RM or DPD but not an option. Evri lose on average 7,000 parcels a day and so far this month two have been mine. I did get a full refund very quickly but I wanted my shoes.

Shocking service another parcel lost so 2 in last month. They lose approximately 1 % so if deliver 7 million a day? That is 70,000 per day lost not delivered but doesn’t account for those left and stolen or wrong address! Where can all of these possibly be? Nearly half a million a week!!
