Excellent service

Following initial message to advise delivery slot, I received a phone call to confirm the estimated time of arrival.
Delivery was on time and agents were friendly and polite.

Had a bad experience with curry's about…

Had a bad experience with curry's about 5 years ago when their 3rd party delivery drivers damaged my front door which had to be replaced. Have avoided them ever since but I thought I would give them another go given the time that's lapsed I thought the knowhow team would know more ... only slightly. In store salesperson Tracy was great however I have been incorrectly charged for installation so have to now go back to store to reclaim. We removed two of our internal doors to help but one of drivers decided to try and remove the front door handle without asking and has now rounded off the screw so handle is loose. I have now got to get someone out to fix it. Not sure how much that's going to cost but yet again they have created a problem I have to sort. It's just not good enough.
