I ordered a set of Hartman garden furniture plus a cover. The order process was excellent. There was an issue with the courier but fair play, Matt at Garden4less kept me informed and delivery was according to his emails to me. I can't fault them at all. It's possible we will order something in future.
2 boxes arrived. The table top and fittings and the chairs. The packing was impressive and all arrived safely. Assembly was easy. The overall effect was 5star
We have been using the Smart Shop facility for the last 5 visits. Although not on a fixed budget, so what we like about this as the shopping list shows us that we have got the Nectar prices. So our shopping experience has improved no end and I would recommend this to those who wish to speed up shopping and avoid queuing at the end. The first shop needs a quick check by a member of staff and the usual over 18 checks for alcohol etc. So 5 stars from us.
We bought a dishwasher. It's a good worker. It has a nice range of washing options and is quiet. One minor point is that our large knives don't fit so we have reverted to a refined way of eating from our dessert knives.
Trust pilot is a good reviewing medium and enables customers to warn other customers if a sale experience fails to meet expectations. I feel comfortable using it.
I found a product that was a lot lower than elsewhere. I ordered on 23 December 2022 for a delivery between 9 and 11 January 23. Nothing came. I contacted the seller by email and requested a redelivery for 25th January rather than a refund. This too was not delivered. Onbuy.com have a very poorly constructed set of options by which to resolve any issues. Onbuy.com refer initial issues back to the seller. There is no contact number to call and no direct customer services email address to contact. I am very unhappy about all this and cannot see me ever using Onbuy again. Onbuy state on their website that they wanted to be a better service than Amazon. I beg to disagree. Amazon would have instantly refunded this with an easy contact option.

The broker, Stephen, was excellent giving us unbiased examples of where we could get a better deal. As it happens if we moved we would have lost our cover for medical history which proved a bridge too far for us.

Very clearly explained avoiding easily overlooked areas. Not finished yet but it looks to be well drafted and there is a checking service which helps a lot.
Garadry deserves its 5 stars because the service, the instructions and the physical product will clearly do what it says. I was able to prepare the seal for installation very quickly, with a bit of thought, and it looks great in position. Roll on the rain.
We have had the British Gas Homecare insurance for many years. We have Drains, Electric and Gas boiler cover. Our overall experience has been great. Their service engineers have all been personable and helpful. In 2020 as well as the Boiler service, we had to request visits for a faulty light switch and another time our immersion heater had packed up. Frankly we wouldn't know what we would do without this service. Their Health & Safety with Covid was very good and they wore overshoes when they entered the house and tidied up after themselves. We have just renewed our policy again for another 12 months and their telephone service to do so was helpful too. Our thanks to all those who visited us and to those who took our calls
We have been customers of British Gas for many years. Over that time their systems have got better and better. We have nothing but praise for the way they respond on our billing and their App is so easy and informative to use. They may not be the most competitive but their telephone manner is really helpful. I purchased on line the VIP Black Reds upgrade mix where it stated "Because in this case, you’ll enjoy six of the biggest, plushest, most flavourful Black Reds in our cellars plus their luxurious ‘big brother’ editions … with the extra cost covered by us". When the 2 cases arrived instead of the 6 bottles of Black Reds plus their big brother editions, other wines had been substituted, so I received 4 pairs and assorted others. To be fair this is the first time, in a great many purchases, that this has happened although previously I had always phoned an order through. I will ring through next time as an on line purchase has flaws I hadn't appreciated. However I have resolved the issue with them to my satisfaction.
The service engineers still offer great consistent service. However if you have a query and need to speak to an adviser their current system is very unfriendly.

I have used Laithwaites for many years and everything they say in their marketing that will happen, happens. From a good telephone service, precise details on ordering to a no quibble refunding. In probably 15 years of ordering I have had 3 bad bottles. To my mind an excellent record.
Efficiency on the telephone, with an order and if you join as an Unlimited Customer, good mailshots of upcoming offers.
I have had a long association of around 25 years with Laithwaites and in that time, have only had 3 bottles which were not of the normally excellent quality. (I reckon I order somewhere over 36 bottles a year). So in fairness to them and sight unseen they sent a replacement, without quibbling which was very satisfying. An excellent company providing an excellent service.
With time and experience I am sure this will become a worthwhile service for me. I had to refer back to my Doctor as there was a discrepancy in the description which had to be right. Once this was resolved, the drugs were delivered within 2 days.

I can see we received your prescription on 27.09.18, which we dispensed and dispatched on the day and delivered within 1-3 working days.
We dispatched the items the GP's surgery issued, I am unsure what is being refereed to when you say "discrepancy in description" I cannot see contact was made regarding the issue, if you are able to provide further information I would be grateful.
