Glass was efficiently & professionally replaced on my induction hob yesterday. I still cannot believe I had to wait 6 months for this to happen and that an engineer turned up a week ago to carry this out only to tell me the glass had not come in despite my receiving an email to say that it had; and that I'd spent a long time on the phone arranging the appointment. Positive outcome, too protracted a process.

Quality items. There was a delivery problem but not the fault of the supplier.

I love the product, it's effective and it leaves a lovely taste in the mouth.
It isn't cheap, but I think of all the plastic I'm not using and having to dispose of, and it makes it more than worthwhile.
I find it slightly too liquid. I have an electric toothbrush and whereas I used to dampen the brush after applying the paste, I now wet the brush first otherwise the toothpaste washes off down the slides.

Octopus is an easy company to deal with because it explains costs etc very clearly.

A great service and a great product. I now have 2 areas covered in Photoshop wallpaper made from 2 photos I took. One is a panel on a wall, the other on the back of a door and reflected in a mirror. Just wondering where I could put another.

Smooth and easy changeover that was much appreciated. However, I received a final reminder to submit my meter readings without having had a or any previous one or ones.

I've ordered several items in the past from my-Picture and the service and quality of the products is always excellent. However, I am running out of wall space!
