Morrisons Cafe Stevenston abysmal

Terrible service at Morrisons Stevenston.

Just before 9AM, a staff member was sitting talking at a table with a customer, so I used the self service kiosk to order a breakfast & drink.
Order number 21
The kiosk did not issue a receipt.

The cafe was nearly empty, 2 other customers finishing their meals.

After waiting 20 minutes my meal still had not arrived.
A new customer came in, ordered st the till, and within 5 minutes was served a breakfast identical to the one I ordered!

Is the kiosk even working, no receipt, but it certainly took my money!
25 minutes waiting like an idiot now, completely ridiculous ,so I decided to leave. The kiosk did not issue a receipt, so cant get refunded!

I went to Customer Service & there is nobody there!

How do I get my money back?
All I got was abysmal service & no product!
The only way to recover my money is raise a Chargeback with my bank.

What more information do you need that is not already in the review?
Do you really think I would give out my card and bank details!
Also seems like Morrison's have some scam going with TrustPilot. I received an email from TrustPilot, stating if I do not respond my review will be taken offline!

Save time, money & frustration, avoid these clowns

Brought a tyre online.
Had to pay for something extra at Checkout called “Premium Fitting”.
Booked a tyre fitting at the Irvine branch.

Arrived for the pre-booked fitting to be told they didn’t have the tyre!
No effort was made to inform me of this before I wasted my time driving to the branch.

Why take my money & arrange a fitting if they cannot supply the tyre?

I then had to make a lengthy and frustrating phone calls to their foreign Call Centre, who barely speak English, to have my money refunded. Apparently this takes them 7 days.

Save time, money & frustration, avoid these clowns

Avoid these completely incompetent clowns

Avoid these completely incompetent clowns!

I paid for a 24 hour delivery.
The item was “due for delivery” for 3 days now.
First 2 days it never even left their depot!

On the 3rd day the courier actually sat outside my house in their vehicle then stated non delivery with status “check address”!

The supervisor responded to email, with a picture of my house on Google Maps, asking if it was mine! Of course it is there are no other houses for half a mile, I live in the country!

My bank has recovered my money as I have no confidence in these incompetent clowns, or the company that used them. They said I wouldn’t get a refund until APC returned the item to them, which would probably never happen.

Morrisons Cafe Stevenston

Could not get served here this morning.

The cashiers friends kept jumping the Q. One said to her, on noticing me, "this guys waiting", the cashier replied "that's ok" and just carried on serving her friend.

Felt like an idiot, and wont be back to the cafe or the shop.

Greggs Linwood, Paisley rude and incompetent staff

Ordered a toastie and coffee.
Staff member then continued to empty ovens, stick temp. gauge in items, serve other customers and chat with her colleagues, ignoring me for 5 minutes.

She eventually looked at me and said "you asked for a coffee?". I said yes, she then said "the machines not working", and again started serving other customers again!

I waited for an explanation, or maybe my money back, but she just ignored me and continued serving other customers.

After another 5 minutes of being ignored I left.

Can I have my money back Greggs?

Greggs Glasgow Fort terrible service

Waited patently in the very long Q, eventually bought a cold sandwich and black coffee.
I was told to stand out of the way and wait for my coffee.
I stood at the side and watched her serve large orders to 2 other customers.
Then somebody with an large orange bag arrived, pushed his way to the front of the Q and they started to serve him right away.
After waiting 5 minutes I left, no point drinking a cold coffee.

Bad service Greggs Grangemouth

Waited in the q for over ten minutes in the Greggs Grangemouth before leaving, after still not being served.

There were four staff. One serving, while another just filled up bags for Deliveroo! continually!

Should I just use Deliveroo from now on, seems impossible to be served normally in Greggs.

Two days after placing my eBay order they canceled it, at 11 o'clock in the evening!
Not even an explanation or a note to say sorry.

eBay states that they canceled the order because the item "out of stock or the item is damaged", but the item is still advertised on eBay showing 8 items available!

Porridge Pots, panic buying alarm. Rude staff Johnstone

Shopping in Morrison's Johnstone tonight, only had a few items and went with my basket to the self service checkouts.

Some of the items I had were small tubs of Morrison's own Rise and Shine porridge, the individual ones you add water to the tub and eat for breakfast in one go.

The tubs were on multi buy offer, so I took four of them, enough of only four individual breakfasts.

When I scanned them a loud and embarrassing alarm went off on the till, stating quantity has been exceeded.

One of the staff came over and said a maximum quantity had been put in place to stop people buying too much.
She then walked off, and obviously speaking to somebody on her headset shouted abruptly "its just some guy panic buying again."
I called her back and polity told her I was not panic buying and didn't appreciate her attitude, to which she replied "sorry I never meant you". (Who else did she mean?) Also said over her headset "he's overheard me". Everybody at the self Service checkouts heard what she said.

This member of Morrison's staff is rude, a lair, has a terrible bad attitude and shows contempt towards customers. In these times of very high unemployment surly Morrison's can find decent human-beings to employ.

Secondly why are Morrison's selling multi buy items that set off the quantity exceeded alarms! It was only four individual, one person tubs of porridge, hardly "panic buying".

Let down by Evans Halshaw East Kilbride

I phoned Evans Halshaw, in East Kilbride, to book my vehicle in for a service.
I specifically asked if I could be provided with a loan vehicle, while my van was in for the service.

The lady said that a loan vehicle could be supplied, not a van but a small car, which I said was perfectly acceptable.
She said the next service slot available with a loan vehicle was in 3 weeks time, which I agreed to.

The day before my service was due I was phoned by a gentleman from Evans Halshaw. He stated that there would be no loan vehicle supplied, as they do not provide loan vehicles when servicing commercial vehicles!

Why did they wait 3 weeks, till the day before the service, to tell me this?
Why did they take my booking for a service, when they knew at the time it was a commercial vehicle?

My mileage was close to going over the service interval, due to the 3 weeks I waited.
I had to hire a vehicle, costly at short notice, and book a rushed service with one of Evans Halshaw's competitors. They turned out to be very accommodating, helpful, professional and efficient, everything Evans Halshaw were not. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to them in future and avoiding Evans Halshaw.

I also receive a lot of spam email from Evans Halshaw. I have clicked the unsubscribe link many times, and even phoned them and asked for the spam to stop, but it still comes.

Complete rubbish, waste of time and a huge rip off!

Posted my job three times and only got three quotes returned. Out of the many garages listed for a large city like Glasgow only three replies.
These quotes were extortionate!
Simple enough job, just a front wheel bearing change. About an hours work and the part costs £50. The quotes were all over £200! £150 for an hours work? I'm definitely in the wrong job. Much easier to ring around local garages, and this way you also don't get ripped off!

Terrible service Tesco Extra Rutherglen

I ordered a mobile phone online and selected click and collect at the Rutherglen Extra store.
The item was supposed to be ready for collection on Friday 21st December, after 3PM

I went to the store at approx. 6PM on Friday. The item was not there and the staff were very confused and did not know where it was. The lady could only suggest that I call Tesco Customer Services.

I called Customer Services at approx 7:45PM. Again the gentleman I spoke with was very confused and kept saying it’s not his department. He eventually said that the department that I need to speak to is now closed! He gave me a number to call for the correct department.

On Saturday I called the number that I was provided. The lady I spoke with said that the item was sent out for delivery on Friday, but was rejected by staff at the Rutherglen store! She did not know the reason why it was rejected.

She said that deliveries to store are not made at the weekends, so the next attempted delivery would be Monday the 24th of December, and this would probably be rejected again!

I told the lady that this is completely ridiculous, the mobile phone is for sale in the Rutherglen store, I could have just bought it there anyway!
She called the Rutherglen store to ask them if they would provide me with the phone, and return the online order if it did arrive.
The Rutherglen store refused this request!

I asked the lady to refund my money. Now I won’t see this money back into my bank account for 5 Business days. How long will that be at this time of year!

This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Now I'm short of money and a Christmas present, all due to terrible service and incompetence.
Thanks for ruining Christmas Tesco.

Greggs 279 Sauchiehall St, Glasgow

After waiting in long Q's, eventually getting served I often find all the items are cold. Not just this particular Gregg's, many others aswell.
Asking the staff if an item is still warm seems to be too much for them sometimes.

Today I rejected a cold cheese & onion and a steak bake, settling for a sausage and bean, which the staff member insisted had a heat.

I clearly asked for a black coffee.
As I went to add sugar I released it was a white coffee that I had been served.

The shop was busy, and I felt extremely awkward pushing back to the front of the Q to again request a black coffee.
I handed it to a member of staff, and said I asked for a black coffee.
The lady who originally served me shouted over "I did give him a white coffee!"
The guy looked at me and said "it is a white coffee".

I don't speak a foreign language, come from the same city as the staff, with a similar accent.

I'm sure they just did this because they felt that I inconvenienced them by asking for a warm pasty.

I had had enough of the farce, and left with my cold sausage & bean, and no coffee, despite paying for it.

Bought a mobile online, Tesco cant find the item and wont refund

I ordered a sim free mobile online, as an xmas present. After paying, the page stated that it would be available at my chosen store for collection on the 21st after 3pm

After this I heard nothing, no emails or texts.

I went to the store at approx. 6pm on the 21st, and gave them my order number.
My item was not there, and the staff didn't know where it was. The lady could only suggest that I call customer services.

I called customer services at approx 7:45pm, when I arrived home.
Gave the gentleman my order number, but it made no sense to him, said it was not his department.
He did make a few calls and eventually found the right department, but they were now closed!

I asked if I could get a refund. The mobile phone is for sale in the store, I can just buy it there!
Again I was told it was not his department, and he could not help.

I ordered this online for the convenience. It has turned out to be anything but convenient!
A complete waste of my time and money.

I just want my money back, I will buy the item from another more reliable shop, and certainly avoid buying anything online from Tesco again.

Gas delivery has still has not arrived!

I'm still waiting for a gas delivery!

Alice from Calor replied:
"Unfortunately, we experienced operational issues on Sunday which resulted in the delivery being aborted. Speaking with our Distribution Manager, we have been informed that your gas delivery will arrive tomorrow, by the latest."

"Tomorrow" should have been today, and it has still not arrived, as you promised.

Why do Calor keep giving false information?
Can you tell me when the gas will arrive?
If you cant them please don't just make it up and lie.

Have Calor ran out of gas before the winter has even began?

Rude customer service and no gas delivery

My gas ran out and I called the next day to place an order.

This is my first order since moving to a rural property a few months ago.

I have very little paper work from Calor, they have been sending mail for me to the wrong address. I really don't know how this could happen, as my address is correct on the Domestic Customer Gas Supply Agreement that I signed and sent back to Calor. I have spoke to them about this, but the only piece of paperwork I have from them, which was sent to the correct address, is a confirmation of Direct Debit setup.

I told the lady I would like to place an order, and gave her my account number and Postcode.

She seemed to be in a great hurry and simply said they would deliver tomorrow, and it felt as if she wanted to put the phone down.

I've never had a delivery before, so I asked how much gas they would put in the tank. She said they would fill it.
I live alone and don't use much gas, so I asked if there was another option.
She said they could fill it or half fill it. I asked how much this was and she said about £237 to half fill it.
Just as well I asked, as £470 just before Christmas would have been a shock!

So I agreed to half fill the tank and she again said delivery would be tomorrow, which is a Sunday.
I found this a bit surprising and told her it is not an emergency, I can stay with a family member till the gas is back on.

She again seemed to be in a great hurry to do something else, and a bit rude, so the conversation ended abruptly.

Today, Sunday, I waited in all day in a very cold rural property, with no cooking facilities, for a delivery as promised. It never arrived. Calor Customer Service is not open on a Sunday, so I cannot phone for an update.

I don't know, but I have a feeling that the delivery's are also not made on a Sunday. If this is so why was I told it would come?
