Morrisons Cafe Stevenston abysmal
Terrible service at Morrisons Stevenston.
Just before 9AM, a staff member was sitting talking at a table with a customer, so I used the self service kiosk to order a breakfast & drink.
Order number 21
The kiosk did not issue a receipt.
The cafe was nearly empty, 2 other customers finishing their meals.
After waiting 20 minutes my meal still had not arrived.
A new customer came in, ordered st the till, and within 5 minutes was served a breakfast identical to the one I ordered!
Is the kiosk even working, no receipt, but it certainly took my money!
25 minutes waiting like an idiot now, completely ridiculous ,so I decided to leave. The kiosk did not issue a receipt, so cant get refunded!
I went to Customer Service & there is nobody there!
How do I get my money back?
All I got was abysmal service & no product!
The only way to recover my money is raise a Chargeback with my bank.

What more information do you need that is not already in the review?
Do you really think I would give out my card and bank details!
Also seems like Morrison's have some scam going with TrustPilot. I received an email from TrustPilot, stating if I do not respond my review will be taken offline!
