Excellent Install

I received excellent service from Danlec. Their communication regarding the installation timeline was fantastic, and they were always quick to answer any queries I had. Luke, who carried out the installation, was incredibly professional and friendly, making the entire process smooth. I would absolutely recommend Danlec for all your electrical needs.

Money Grabbers

I have concerns regarding the recent changes at my veterinary practice. Since the new management took over, the pricing structure has become increasingly unreasonable. For instance, if a pet undergoes surgery, additional costs are charged for what should be standard post-operative care, such as fluids. This was billed as an optional extra at an additional cost of £60.

Moreover, my dog has an ongoing medical condition, and I complete all the required details online for insurance purposes. However, the vets charge a £10 fee simply to confirm the treatment was provided, stating that compiling paperwork is necessary. Upon speaking to my insurer, I was informed that for continuous claims, the approval process only involves a straightforward confirmation, making this charge appear unwarranted.

These practices are deeply frustrating, and I am now considering alternative veterinary options in my area.

Slow Claims Process

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I have had to chase up every claim to get payment, which is something I have never experienced with other providers. If I could switch to another company, I would do so immediately.

I filled in two contact forms and sent an email, but received no response. I had to call to get an update on my claim payment. After waiting for a month, my claim was finally paid within a week of my call. It should not take a month to process a claim, especially for an ongoing condition. With other companies, I am usually paid within a week and do not have to chase up.

Damaged Chair Claim

My chair got damaged and I had to contact the claims team. They were super fast and responding and very helpful. I received my parts in a few days and got chair fixed. Overall I'm very happy with the service.

Next day delivery or not....

I paid for next day delivery on a parcel. Two days later and the parcel is still with the courier. I have been unable to contact customer services as I am disconnected after speaking to the automated woman. I have tried using their automatic chat to get someone to contact me with no joy. I have also tried emailing them but just get an automated response saying they no longer monitor the email address. I am livid. I just want to speak to a person. I wish I had paid extra and used Royal Mail. This is my one and only time using Hermes. Terrible service.
