Problem with my usage not showing.
I was concerned that my app was telling me to submit meter reading on me export, but would not show usage of either me export or import. I phoned and the call was aswered very quickly by Matt. He was nice, friendly and efficient. He said he would look into it which would take a few minutes. Almost instantly he said that he thinks he can see what has happened and rectified it immediatly. What brilliant service. Well done Matt

So quick, some may say too quick
I ordered at 9.30 Wednesday with the longest wait time and cheapeast price. Anticipating that the delivery at the earliest would be the following week. It was delivered 7.45 the following morning. Too quick for me to use the anticipated oil so the last 60 litres would not fit in the tank. No worries, I know I will get a refund as this has happened before.

Helpdesk brilliant
The help desk were so quick and efficient. I was having a problem, very quickly they checked the issue and confirmed the problem. Stated they I needed an update of the firmware and stated this would be undertaken remotely within next 24 hours. All sorted in about 5 minutes, You just cannot knock it. WELL DONE

Easy experience
Easy to order on line, in addition as delivery needs to go through part of the house I ask for at least 12 hours notice of delivery. Both boiler juice and supplying firm notify me. Again I ordered taking lowest price and longest delivery time, and again delivered in just 2 days. Wonderful

I needed to make a request for ground…
I needed to make a request for ground floor accommodation.
Unfortunately this did take 3 different attempts. Each time the rep in team told me that the process is they would email the hotel with the request and I needed to ring back in a few days when they should have heard back from the hotel. On the third attempt I was told the hotel had responded and could accommodate my request.
This requirement could not be made at point of booking. With my disability I cannot easily negotiate stairs or 'slope' to first floor rooms. I had to book and then hope they could give me a ground floor room. But then have to do 3 requests over 10 days is not good

What went right
What went right? Ordered oil and paid for it. I did not expect a quick delivery which was fine. After one week od the order I contacted you to say I would not be in to take the delivery on a particular date. Got an email response that just said that you hope to deliver by the day I said I was not in. My message clearly had not been read. I then phoned and was told it was sheduled for day I would not be in. I was tiold that it would be rescheduled for the following week. The got a message to say it would be delivered on the day I said I could not take delivery. I phoned again and was then told if it was not delivered as scheduled I stand the risk of not getting it before christmas. I was 250 miles away from the property. I accepted the delivery date and was told approx time it would be delivered which meant I had to get my son to be there for 9.30 am after working a night shift. It was than delivered at 11.00 am. A week later I get a bill in the post to pay although I paid for it when I ordered. Sorry but totally useless. This was my first and last time I order from you and will return mu custom to Boilerjuice

Ordered it one day and got it the next even though I bought at the cheapest option with a date within 2 weeks.

Tracking communication was a joke
Early in the morning I checked on the tracker, which told me that they had not received item in depot yet. Delivered that day at about 8.45. I did get e text at 8.50 which told me that it would be delivered between 7 and 9. That day. I was in garden so did not hear doorbell; luckily my son was at home and took the delivery even though the driver said it should be me to take delivery not my son. I think my son laughing at him embarrassed him enough to let him take it. Not good.

I have requested to be notified 12 hrs in advance of delivery because somebody needs to be home to accept delivery.
No notification again, luckily somebody was in to take delivery otherwise it would have been a wasted journey.
