Originally gave this company a 5 star review back in March. This was based on the experience I had in store while purchasing a dining table and chairs. I was asked to do this at the time of purchase and I believe this is where the company get the majority of 5 star reviews.
I was told at the start of June my purchase was ready and payment had to be made in full before delivery. I eventually after constantly having to phone store up, being given excuse after excuse received my table and chairs the middle of October. It was a totally stressful experience which I would never wish to repeat.

Another great experience with 3 Fat Cats. Easy to order online with quick delivery. The cat scratchers are excellent value for money as they are top quality and last for years. My cats love them as scratchers and beds.

Kept up to date with delivery and arrived on time. The two men worked away building my table and chairs then removed all the rubbish. Very happy with the service.

Third year in a row I have booked my cruise with Lucy at the Hamilton store. Lucy always goes above and beyond to get me the best deal.

The staff at Barrhead travel Hamilton are very experienced and professional. I booked my cruise last year with Lucy and due to the service I received returned to book again this year. Lucy took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at the best price.

Another 3 fatcats scratcher delivered within days of ordering. Kept as a Christmas gift but now being enjoyed to the full. Still have 2 scratchers from previous years going strong so my 3 cats can have one each. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for stylish, hard wearing cat furniture.

Lucy was very friendly and helpful getting me booked on my 1st cruise. Her knowledge was very much needed getting flights, transfers & the ship that suited my requirements booked at a very good price.

Fantastic products and great service from Kim & Phil. Their designer scratch furniture looks very stylish in the home and the cats love them. Would highly recommend, great quality and long lasting.
