Very disappointing offer

We were offered a very disappointing £72 for the box. Two Montblanc pens were included with other items. We refused the offer. So far we've made £356 selling the items on eBay (£222 just for the two pens). If you have the time, my advice would be to Google lense items and sell them directly.

Not fit for purpose

The door fly curtain is not fit for purpose. Within a few weeks it was shredding. Very poor quality. No response from customer 'care'. I would not deal with this company again.

The issues you describe – the fly curtain failing after only a few weeks and the lack of any reply from customer care – relate to problems that occurred under the previous ownership of the business. When the company changed hands, the new team found that a number of customers reporting faults had been left without any support, which is completely unacceptable.

Hopeless

As Hermes this company were pretty hopeless, as EVRI as far as I'm concerned they are completely useless. I will no longer be buying on line from Lakeland (Evri left the £300 machine by the front door , despite my instructions). Ditto , an order from Debenhams took 8 days and now M&S join the list. Evri received the parcel 6 days ago, and as usual no update other than they have it. I'm not the only person in our village this happens to. If I know that a company is using EVRI I won't be buying from them. It's a simple as that, they are totally unreliable. Oh, and here's another thing, when I had to return an item, I had to go to three different shops before I found one that had a working terminal. Aaaaargh.
The companies using EVRI for deliveries should take note as their business could be damaged by Evri's haphazard delivery practice.

Poor insubstantial packaging

Zooplus packaging has always been very poor but they've reached an all time low. My latest delivery arrived without any packaging. The poor DPD driver had to find all the parts of the order and bring it in bit by bit. They continue to use single wall cardboard boxes which are not strong enough and this usually leads to cans being dented, trays being split open and the food rendered unusable. So this time I ordered pouches, haven't managed to check each one but out of six boxes, 4 were completely broken. I'm giving up with Zooplus, the feedback to customer support means nothing to them, they refuse to address the problem.

Hopeless

Hopeless! And frustrating. Driver arrived with wrong parcel , realised the mistake he'd made, said he'd go back and collect the parcel he was meant to deliver to me. That was 24 hours ago and he's still not appeared. Yodel think they've delivered my parcel and there's no way of telling them on their website that it hasn't been delivered. If I want to call them, I have to pay. Webchat never seems to be available.
Quite often the drivers just dump the parcels on the plants in my garden - I guess they have too many deliveries to make in too short a time.
Seriously underwhelmed by Yodel's service
