Requested a colour card and a comprehensive set arrived in a matter of days. Very impressed with their extensive colour palettes. As and when I am ready to decorate, I will be ordering some sample pots.

Very professional service, insurance company put me through to them whilst I waited on the telephone. An appointment was scheduled and paid my excess once I received a text message. Lewis, my technician at the Nottingham service centre called on the day to let me know that an earlier slot had became available. He was very polite and professional. Wasn’t waiting long before he was finished. Very happy with the outcome.

The book I ordered was exactly what I wanted and in the condition expected for its age, used and very well read. My go to books are vintage and I’m not particularly bothered what condition they’re in but this is my personal preference. It adds character and has a story to tell.

Spoke to a lovely gentleman in the windscreen claims department regarding getting a refund for work done in my car. I had initially paid the excess fee for a replacement but it was repaired instead thus allowing me to get a refund for the difference. He informed me that I would receive my refund in 3-5 working days. Very happy with the service I was given today.

On looking to renew my cat’s annual insurance policy through one of the comparison sites, I came across the Post Office Pet Insurance as this was the best option I could find. Others were quoting ridiculous prices, excess and lower limitations for lifetime cover.

Love how you get 45 free prints every month. I ordered more than the allotted amount this time and expected the cost to be quite high. It wasn’t and was pleased with the amount I paid including delivery. The price you pay for the amount of prints each month is reasonable. I also ordered glossy instead of matt and was happy with the quality. Highly recommended.

Ordered some secondhand Christmas books. Lovely stories. They were all in excellent condition, were priced reasonable well and arrived in a timely manner. When looking to buy thrifted books, I always go to World of Books. They have an excellent selection of books new and old.

Took my daughter’s fur baby to Vets Now because, as it was a bank holiday, my vets were closed. He had a urine infection so needed immediate treatment. Had to wait a while, maybe an hour or so, but, understood as there were quite a few other patients waiting to be seen. I expected the cost to be high as it was out of hours. Anyway, once he was checked over by the vet (who was lovely and very gentle with him) he was given two lots of meds, paid the bill and off we went. I was pleased with the service there.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company. I needed some dust extracted hay for one of my guinea pigs as he has a respiratory problem and didn’t want to further complicate matters or make things worse so when I found out that the Little Hay Co sold this kind of hay, I didn’t hesitate and placed an order. Their favourite is Cotswold sweet but on ordering again, they were out of stock. As soon as this becomes available, I will be ordering this. Their different brands of Timothy and silky soft hay is good quality and I won’t compromise on this for the piggies. I find that they are very reasonably priced and delivery is very fast. I can’t complain here and it’s 5 ⭐️ all the way!

I have been wanting this book after seeing it on Pinterest. I love buying pre-loved books and I have bought from World of Books before and these have been in good condition, which is what I would expect being second-hand and I don’t mind the imperfections, if there are any, that’s my personal preference. This book is in excellent condition, like new as described. They are reasonably priced and offer free delivery in the UK, was quickly despatched in recyclable packaging.

I am very happy with my purchase, it’s illustrated and contains informative facts. I will purchase again when I’m on the hunt for another book and I highly recommend World of Books.
