The driver could have left our parcel in a variety of places within 2 feet of where he dropped it that would have left it secure and safe from passers-by but instead he just left it on our driveway infront of our property.

Delivery turned up on time and kept up to date with progress. However once my sofa turned up the two Delivery guys told my wife that they could not deliver to the room of our choice as previously advised and when my wife showed them an alternative entrance with double patio door they still said the item was too large. They were very rude and abrasive with my wife and she told them she felt intimidated but they still continued arguing. She explained that the shop had said delivery up to two flights of stairs and they were refusing to go up the 5 steps to our front door. They said that the shop lied in order to make the sale.
So they left it on the steps blocking out front door my wife eventually persuaded them to move it and leave it in our garden. When I arrived home with a hepler we unboxed the sofa the backs were all separate and easily manageable my wife took them in and myself and my helper took the sofa turned it on its side and it went straight in through the door without any issues. If the company want proof of this poor delivery and the attitude of their employees I have video footage from my security camera.

Activated card as instructed went to use the card and vrry embarrassing to be informed that there was only £0.01 credit.
Checked and found another email requesting additional security checks before activation can be completed. Still not active one week on.
