Good service and advice

Used them a number of times mainly Ayr but have used others.

Work isn't the cheapest out there but the service is good and from my experience always very honest

Special shout out to the girls at Ayr maybole road today who helped me out with my VW CC and gave me honest advice and opinions

Avoid for older cars as they are dishonest

Now I've bought two good wee runners from vehicle trade centre (Bridgend cheaper cars) and not had an issue but this time I bought a VW and done all my usual checks to minimise any issues occurring but after one week I had a number of faults on the dash. They happily took the car in to change an ABS sensor but never bothered to tell me it was ready and caught them just before they all left but hey ho they were nice enough.

A few months later the same fault surfaced but this time given the time frame from buying I took it to my usual garage since they were changing a tyre anyway. ABS sensor I said to them only to be called to tell me it's not the issue. The ABS sensor had been tightly cable tied to remove the faults (showed me) and just given back to me when the issue is the ABS pump which is more expensive to repair. I'm also told the car has significant suspension issues which would have been evident when they were preparing the car for sale and they gave it an MOT!!! At it

I'm really angry yet not surprised given some stories I've heard over the years.

Seen someone post cowboys about them and I agree. If buying a fairly new car you are unlikely to have an issue but older cars that require some work there's a chance like me they'll just funny it up and flip it on

Shambles of a ticket outlet

Where do i start? Like many a very frustrating experience and not for the first time. To have a monopoly is a joke given how bad it is. Too many fees which are a rip off. Kicks you out queues, thinks wrongly you are a bot, dynamic pricing

And on and on and on

Needs regulated and government intervention

Always a perfect fit and great quality

Twice now I've bought custom made mats for my Audi A6 Avant and my VW CC. Both times chose Executive set.

Quality is great and lasted well. Fit is perfect both times and this time glad I added the customisation. Can't recommend highly enough. I've looked after both these cars well and they definitely fit the status of both cars adding to the level of comfort and prestige

Leave it where they want

Appreciate drivers are under pressure but covid has allowed it acceptable to leave parcels on doorsteps and no longer knock the door.

Even when designate a safe place it's ignored

Very pleasant experience

Made a purchase today and was very pleasant. Loren was was a great help providing emails, dimensions and options to suit our needs. These things can be stressful but the friendly, no pressure approach is welcome and made our decisions much easier. No one likes a pressure approach and was great to see this wasn’t the case. Terrible follow up service

Follow up service little to non existant. Delivery was cancelled on the day and despite being told was priority due to husband mobility issues I was left for 2 weeks with no sofa as had disposed of my old the day before. They promised to call many times and never did. I always had to call them. Quality good, all goes wrong on their end when there's a problem but hey they've got their money. In addition they refused to waver the delivery charge they were 13 days late with
