Poor communication. Oil arrived on the last day quoted but no confirmation was given the day before so that I could unlock the garage. Multiple emails were sent with no response. It was the first time I’d used this company and the silence made me think it was a scam.

These were really nice quality but just too small. My son is 5 foot 8 inches and I ordered the medium but because his legs are big they were too tight. I then ordered the cotton ones in the same size and they fitted very well

It can't be helped that our holiday had to be cancelled but the rebooking process was simple and efficient and very fair. Prices are always going to go up year on year but it wasn't a lot more to book for next year and let's face it- the cost of living is bound to go up after Lockdown

The frame looks really good and is of very high quality and is a great fit for my picture. There was a small issue with the glazing which was dealt with quickly, politely and successfully. I’ve had frames from this company before and will definitely order more in the future.
